If you are referring to the Aux Inputs they are a variation of an input channel so can only have a single source. So the only way to sum channels into them would be an external summing engine or to use a mix bus!
Hi Gerard We currently have 'quick tips' and 'how to videos' available on our youtube Midas channel linked below. These cover most of the core features you would expect to use transitioning from an analogue console. Don't underestimate the manual for reference. The majority of features are the same as an analogue desk - just approached in a different way. We had problem and don't know how to fix it. We set up recording studio with midas M32R, singer are listen on headphones via P16, connect from DL32, so problem is we cannot send effects to P16 so the peoples in studio hear voice so dry. Outside studio we hear on head phone and monitor is good wet signals. How can we add the effects to P16 as this case?. Thank you Lee
You guys (Music tribe/group/whatever) are worthless. I spent over $5 Grand on a M32R and DL32 and cables and road cases and I can't find any instructions on how to use the Assign buttons. Not in the manual, not on Midas channel videos. When I call customer support I am basically told "too bad". All the info - including the owner's manual that shipped with the console - is about the M32 or the X32, which are very different than the M32R. It's like this for everything about the console. I never would have purchased this thing had I known, but I had been a Midas customer for 20 years (XL4, Verona and Venice32). A&H here I come.
"And I just want to go ahead and ...." tell you that this video is 8 YEARS OLD. How much has changed in 8 years? How many firmware updates? This video is worse than worthless to those of us who purchased your product in 2023. All of your videos are out of date, and have not been updated. Midas used to be such an awesome company...
Can you use a Stream deck to expand the button capability of the mixer?
