Thokoza Gogo. Thank you very much for this message and wisdom. Spirit knew I needed to hear and see this. I needed it and I’m thankful for heeding to the call. 🙏🏾🙏🏾please explore deeper with a series if you’re lead, thank you. Thokoza 🙏🏾
Thokozani Gogo.
I definitely feel called to speak on this more.
I am so glad spirit is loving and kind and always on time 🤍🖤❤️
Thank you so much for this Video! I must have been called here because I have been needing to hear this! I am a mellineal black-American and recently learned that I am from the Igbo peoples of Nigeria, I also had my first child and my mother passed away soon after. Pandemic, grief, and anxiety all came to visit me at once. So I began searching into my own African Spirituality to find a better way to heal emotionally...I have been just going with what feels right and also going with the flow of dreams I have from time to time. I found your channel from a talk you did about beads. For me it was very enlightening because I had dreams of blue and white beads, and know that the beads of the my people are usually red or white Coral...your explanation about the blue beads and dreams of blue and water resonated with me and affirmed some questions I already had in my mind about where to look next on my personal spiritual journey. Thank you for your channel and for all you do here for our community of African and Pan-African peoples! Bless🙏🏾✨️
Thokozani, the aim is to find ways back to our universal identity & being, reading this I am encouraged to continue with the journey of sharing and cultivating safe spaces for us to come home to ourselves
Thokoza Gogo🕯️I love videos like this, that explain our simple day to day, I for one have never understood why we were always forced to wake up early etc but this video has given me so many aha moments. That it is truly in the little day to day moments where we truly hold space for ourselves and take of us🥺❤️ Thank u, looking forward to many more👏
Thokoza, that’s the magic of isuntu(indigenous knowledge), it is: practical, experiential and embodied in the moment to moment
Thokoza Gogo. 🙏🏿 I have been feeling overwhelmed lately and this practice will help me.🤍
Thokozani, I would love to hear your reflections on how the practises land on the body, mind, and spirit ☝🏾
I have thwasad. Ive done everything that's been asked of me. Then i keep getting shown a brighter future. Ive been stripped of everything even the joy of living. I feel like this brighter future i keep seeing in my dreams is just bait. I'm losing the will to live. I want to die but i cant kill myself 🤷🏿♀️. I'm now just praying everyday begging god to just kill me.....i wanna go.
