I used to watch Vampire Diaries, The Originals, True Blood, Supernatural and American Horror Story. And one day I felt a strong conviction of The Holy Spirit telling me to stop watching all of them. So I took them all out of my dvr immediately and rebuked the devil and invited the Holy Spirit in my room. I immediately felt the difference.

I used to watch all sorts of horror movies since I was a little girl. I loved dark things. As I got older all I loved was Halloween and would continue watching scary movies until 3,4am. I even went to Salem Mass and I was fascinated by witches. I had a fallout with my friend who had the same interests. I know God worked to Save me. I got to Learn about Jesus and my life turned around. No more drinking, no more horror movies. I am a new person. Thank you Jesus Christ for not giving up on me.
50 to 70 percent of women I see on social media and dating sites are into witchcraft like it’s some kind of fad . Some are fake some are real.. but either way karma will serve the evil.
I don’t watch horror movies anymore neither. That terrifier one is super weird and scary and demonic. Like I get weird feelings just thinking about it.

I’ve dealt with demonic spirits off and on for 38 years. I recently experienced a month’s long spiritual attack. The enemy knows time is growing short. There is intense activity against believers. The battle is the Lord’s. Fight the good fight of faith.
I have been in a spiritual battle for some time. I know what is happening and I rebuke the devil and plead the blood of Jesus and it stops temporarily. Don’t give up and don’t give in!
I've been experiencing the same lately. The Lord instructed me to close the backdoors that the enemy uses to attack me. The Holy Spirit has been pointing them to me one by one. I repent and do a 180° turn from them. As example, Rock music. I was a big fan of Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, Santana, etc. Yes, I had to repent, renounce them once for all. I had to also get rid of some Christian music such as Hill Songs. Just today, a MOG told me to stop listening to Nikos Politis "spiritual warfare" songs. I actually saw something DEMONIC in one of his songs. It looked innocent and taught it's innocent mistake. No, those people don't make mistakes. They know what they are doing, at least the spirits behind them know. So, brother, start praying and asking Jesus to help you find those backdoors or strongholds. Believe me, things will improve and they attacks will diminish.
Spend all your time cleaning/sorting and praying .. listen to Elevation Worship, their music drives the bad energies away.
I keep a Christian music radio station on low in every room. It affects my inner landscape. It also keeps me thinking of Christ and my Spiritual Father all-day.

My sister in law watches all kinds of demonic shows. She might be possessed. She talks in her sleep in a strange language. Sometimes she gets this weird “grin” on her face. I was flipping channels one day and came across this horror movie that looked like it was from the 1970's, it had what looked like devil worshippers in robes and they were chanting. I could feel the Holy Spirit telling me to change the channel because whatever they were chanting had power to it and not anything good either. Always listen to the Holy Spirit when it is guiding you, God knows what is best for us.

I unplugged it 5 yrs ago. It's no interest to me either. I listen to mainly encouraging things on utube and read the bible. Satan is everywhere even in family's. That's the honest for me that's why I limit my time with them as well. Christian music only for 25 yrs now. I work in a movie theater and everything is so corrupted even on what supposed to be a children's movies. This world like to see evil movies and i just go do the check up on every screen and when i enter on a evil one i just pray all the way until i go out of the screen the fast i can. God protects us.

Such a very interesting testimony. It is so true. If something comes on tv that has evil in it you can literally feel a shift in the atmosphere (I don’t know how to explain it). In 2012 I was saved and one of the first things that I couldn’t do anymore was watch horror movies or anything paranormal. It bothered me instantly. Before I could have watched those types of shows back to back and never thought twice. Thank you JESUS that you are so good to show us the truth in this messed up world. ❤

My son recently asked if he could watch Harry Potter. I instantly forbade him from doing so and let him know the characters speak actual spells in those movies.

I repented of all my sins including what I was watching but my family didn’t. I am so sad. I need new family who also loves Jesus Christ, and walk with Him in His Truth and Righteousness. I have not turned the radio on for years because I monitor my music. So I put on smooth jazz and it was ok. I went to sleep that night and I dreamed about a demonic attack so I yelled out Jesus and it went away. One day my dog and cats all freaked out and ran for the door. I immediately and calmly said covered the house the in blood of Jesus and if you are not worth of the LORD then you must leave now. All the animals calmed down. Putting on the radio is the only thing I did differently. So they find a way into your house so it is important to spend at least one day in the week to do a house cleansing just like physically cleaning your house. I do about 5 plus hours and sometimes I am off I begin with prayer all over the house. Also while you are cleaning do an audio of the bible.
Jazz music is demonic, rather listen to classical music instead

A couple of years ago, I was a fan of the series "Supernatural," about two on-the-road demon hunting brothers with a trunkload of weapons. But, one afternoon, I was wondering if the spells the Luciferians, demons and witches used on the show might be real. I opted to dump all of the DVDs and not find out the hard way. Same goes for another older series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Witches and their cohorts were very prominent in this show. 'Nuff said, into the trash with all of them as well.
I'm glad you had that realisation. I also was watching vampire diaries one night, and when that bonny girl did a spell, I also started to wonder if the spells were real, and I quit watching from that day on if I remember correctly

I googled the show the spells and curses are based on ones done in earlier times real spells
We can choose to not watch such evil shows. However, we walk into the world and our grocery stores playing devils music like Taylor Swift and we have to pray without ceasing while those things play into our ears and spirits, cancel out the evil spells and dark attacks from the song and pray for protection. We have to battle to keep the good gifts God gives us when we step out of His temple or sanctuary (our anointed homes) If I want to experience 24/7 joy of the Lord we have to constantly cancel out demonic activity around us so God's presence can remain Holy and happy.

I hate to have to point this out, but tv has never been innocent. Those shows just seem tame compared to what we see today. In reality, they were pushing the envelope in their own ways. Look more closely. Andy was a single dad, so there was the normalization of single parent homes. That show also has a number of episodes that make light of drunkenness. Leave it Beaver helped to usher in the concept of "teenagers" which was later stoked to cause rebellion from children toward parents. Can't speak for Adam 12, but theres likely a hidden agenda there too. Anyway, this is just how the "prince of the air" has always played the game. He's been patiently and incrementally moving the goalpost of morality for a very long time, one generation at a time.

We haven't had TV in my home for a few years because of a dispute with the satellite company who kept playing games with their prices. In the end, my family has come out the winner. When we go somewhere that has TV and we see the crap that's on it, we are thankful that we don't have it. It's not missed.

If Satan cannot curse what Christ has blessed, then as a Christian, how can you be cursed? If the church that the coven of witches was praying outside of is the cause of why the church eventually closed its doors, then I have to ask again if something that's blessed by Christ cannot be cursed by the devil, then you can't say that the church closed because of a curse. I get confused and sometimes frustrated when it sounds like what I'm listening to is a contradiction.

Well, there's also a lot of saved Christians that believe you can see disembodied demons running around in the physical world which is false. The only evidence you'll ever see of a demon is in the behavior of a possessed person or animal like in Mark 5. We also can't "exorcise" demons from people. The only things we can do is lead them to the Gospel (1 Cor. 15: 1-4 KJV) in hopes that they get saved and we can pray for them and read the bible to them.
There's also born again Christians (including Ruckman) who will use the phrase "I plead the blood of Jesus" on this and that which may sound like a good thing to do but in truth, using that phrase in that manner is using it as magic words or incantating. The correct and biblical thing to do is pray and read your bible.
If you're a saved Christian you are sealed with the Holy Ghost until the day of redemption and demons and Satan have no authority or power over you anyway.
Also, there's saved Christians who are afraid of the number 13, don't walk under ladders, won't put a hat on the bed, etc. and if their total at the checkout line is $6.66 they'll buy something else so it won't be that number haha. The number 666 is inherently just a number, no different than 665 or 667 or any other number for that matter. Would you live in a house or apartment that is number 666? I would because it's just a number without significance and has nothing to do with Revelation 13 in that respect. But so many people are so superstitious, they're confused! As saved Christians, we are not to be superstitious in that manner.
Witchcraft, curses and evil spirits/demons are real and it's not superstitious to believe all that is real. The King James Bible says it's real and that book has no mistakes in it so it's all real. It's not being superstitious in that respect, instead it's being biblically correct.

There's such things as underlying physical conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and also anxiety disorder. I have two of those three conditions (don't have diabetes, thankfully) and I have taken prescriptions for nearly 20 years.

Not everything is a spiritual issue or they'd have gone away when I got saved.

Only through the Holy Spirit can we become who we were meant to be and not lose out on salvation, and those that has tasted of the Spirit of God and then went back to sinning are those that love sin more than God, to such no place in heaven can be found for them. In conclusion, it is a dangerous business to play with God, it's a game no one will ever win.

The 60's and early 70's - shows like I Dream of Jeanni, Bewitched, the Munsters, The Adam's Family all occulti-ish, then came Charmed, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I watched them all. Some of them were my favorites.
Lots of music was too. I grew up listening to Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Our grandmother tried to warn us but we didn’t listen. At least not as kids. Now it’s as plain as day.

About 6 months ago, I had a spiritual battle, in my home. I didnt sleep for 2 weeks. Whatever it was, finally left. We prayed non stop. Growing up, I always felt things around me..still do.
There seems to be a lot more of us than I thought.
I let tv, movies, friends, and comic books lead me down a dark and dangerous path with this garbage. Trust God and dont mess with this garbage, because its real. Now i am dealing with my kids turning from God because i couldnt be bothered to listen to God's love. He saved me he can save your loved ones as well dont give up hope and keep putting it in God's hands. Christ Jesus of Nazareth is the Truth the Way and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through him.
