Just got this piece. I like how the inside hanging feature opens across the bag and the internal storage zips closed at the top (when the lid is open on a luggage rack). B&R listened to its customers regarding this! The add-a-bag strap attaches more securely now also. The new green is a nice rich color. The front shallow pocket placement is more easily accessible with the net in use than it was in the earlier version.
The 'Simple as That' guarantee is just that! I took a damaged 27" bag in for repair to NYC from central NJ, waited and my repaired bag was back within an hour, good as new! The luggage may appear pricey but you're getting high-quality luggage that you won't be replacing any time soon...

Terri S Hi Terri. Thanks for your feed back on the Briggs & Riley Transcend Domestic Carry on and I liked the points you made. Interestingly enough there is a sale on the Hunter Green right now at LuggageBase.com for a limited time if you are interested in adding a bag. luggagebase.com/category/134/Briggs-%26-Riley-Transcend.html

juan david velasquez My carry-on is performing beautifully! I keep a sturdy plastic storage bag in the suitcase for dirty clothes, stuff them in as they're worn, so there are no odors. Moisture-absorbing desiccants are kept in various pockets. B&R thought of everything. I like the 2- way zips on the lid pockets, easier access to items from the top if I close the zips there.
I don't use locks, I use zip ties and immobilize the zipper pulls by tying them to the upper carrying handle. Plainly obvious if the zipper's been punctured, immobilizing the zip means a thief cannot cover his tracks.
Juan, excellent job on the video!
