This book is clearly talking about contemporary times. The nations being mentioned are known today. As for which ones for each reference, I cannot say exactly because I can’t say for sure. But as I listen I can understand more and more. This book is important. I now know why they kept it out of the Bible.

I was planning to commit suicide in Aug 2017 even though I Knew that I was going to go to Hell. Then I found out that it Only takes 1 DAY to Listen to the New Testament Bible. Jesus then healed my Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit on Aug 10, 2017, because The "whole" Truth set me Free from the Lies I was taught for 50 years in the Lukewarm Church/Cult.
I knew I was a child of the devil after I read 1st JOHN 3:9-10. I made a list of 182 other NT verses that All give the same Warning: GO AND SIN "NO" MORR!
For the last 6 years I've read my Bible from cover to cover every single month, because I got rid of every distraction like my TV, computer, and ALL the "Bad Company" that corrupts good character 1Cor 15:33. I even went to the extent of quitting my job and living as a Minimalist on my 401K.
I can't believe that I thought I was saved, when I was a branch that God was "about to" Cut Off and throw into the fire: John 15. Over 30 of the 40 Parables that Jesus gave, compare The Righteous to The Unrighteous that are in The Church. I faithfully volunteered in as Many ministries as possible in an attempt to Try and Offset everything everything I was doing behind closed doors. I was living as a complete Hypocrite with Sexual Sin, but Pastors, 12 Step groups, Counselors, etc all Assured me that I was still one of the Wise Virgin, because I said a prayer, got baptised and tithe. BUT I Never Repented from sin, so I was obviously a Foolish Virgin Matt 25, on an extremely Wide Road: Matt 7:13-14!
When Jesus saved The Adulterous Woman from being stoned to death, He said "Go and Sin NO More". I used to always wonder~ How is that even Possible?😧 Well, Paul said in 2 Cor 10:5 Take Every thought captive (like a P.O.W.) and MAKE it Obedience of Christ. So regardless of the good, bad & the ugly thoughts, or the situations that come up with family, friends, work, driving, it only takes 10 seconds to Stop and ask myself "Is this going to glorify God or my flesh?" It's really that simple 😇 I nolonger had to overthink anything.
~~So niw in 6 years I have never struggled with: Anger, Alcohol, Bag language, Bitterness, Codependency, Complaining, Depression, Doubts, Dressing Sensually, Drugs, Fear, Greed, Guilt, Homosexual Thoughts, Insecurities, Jealousy, Loneliness, Masturbation/Pornography, Rejection, Self-harm, Sexual Thoughts, Shame, Suicidal Thoughts/Attempts, Stress, Temptations, Unforgiveness, Worry, Etc...
~Regarding Physical Healing, I used to always end my prayer with Doubt: "IF" It Be Your Will. Then I notice that Jesus kept telling people "Your Faith Has Healed You"... Faith W/O Doubting!! My Great Physician has since healed me, after a whole day of gut-wrenching prayer, fasting, throwing out All of my medications, & refusung to ever return to the doctor; that were only speaking death over me. God has cured me of: Breast Cancer, Osteoporosis, Plantars Fasciitis, STD, Acne, 4 Multiple Personality Disorders, severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, excruciating Nerve Damage in my teeth, etc...
~~Jesus is willing & able to transform anyone that is willing to Count the Cost and be FULLY Committed to Him alone...without Compromise! Doctors distribute medication which is a Spirit of Pharmakeia. I'd rather die and go to Heaven 😇... than to ever visit another Doctor.
Remember that The 1st and Greatest Commandment is to ❤️ the Lord your God with ALL your Heart, with ALL you Mind, with ALL your Soul, and with ALL your Strength.

Imma listen to this all night for a couple of days, currently I've been listening to Sirach every couple nights.
The arrogance of those who removed this book from the canon of scripture, declared it “uninspired” ,what darkness is wrought by secular scholarship. May God repay them with His vengeance.
I do street ministry and one of my signs says we help broken people. Now I'm listening to this and I literally hear Yah say that. Yes strongly agree we should not have been kept from this.
Esdras asked some really great questions. Like Esdras, I too have wondered why is it so that the wicked prosper and live wealthy lives while God's chosen people suffer in the streets and die in poverty and servitude. I too have wondered why God even created man with the capacity to sin if He knew we would sin then punish us to hell forever to suffer in vain for falling short before a perfect God.. This book is a breath of fresh air. We can be sure that God Almighty truly knows the plight of His people and has created a marvelous future and a way of escape for us all who love Him. Hallelujah‼️
Angels and man alike have both sinned we only have to strive to be perfect as our Father & it is attainable, through his knowledge & wisdom.

That three headed Eagle prophecy is very chilling!!! Seems to me that's telling us of end time events happening in America (the Eagle). I say "happening" because I strongly believe that this prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes!

Can you tell me which translation this is read from? KJV? Or? I’ve enjoyed Your reading the most out of all I’ve listened to. Your voice is perfect for the readings and I can even listen to it while I fall asleep at night. Some are very choppy and harsh sounding.I have the apocrypha 2nd Esdras in the Geneva 1560. I’m reading along, but it’s worded a bit different.

I always say it's not by chance when I stumble on someone's page on YT but as my first time reading the apocrypha (with understanding) I started with 2 Esdras, still don't know why but is there any particular reason you skipped chapter 5 vs 56 and chapter 7 vs 70? I am not critiquing you, I'm sure it was a lot of work to do this I was just wondering do different books have different content in them.
Thank you for your comment, there was a processing error and one of the lines must have been cut short in chapter 7 vs 70, for this I humbly apologize, as for chapter 5 vs 56 the content is there, it is simply said as the beginning of chapter 6. Hope this clarifies for you.

Why would he reveal Jesus Christ dying and the others dying at chapter 7 and then there is the Son of God at the end of this book that rules the Earth and keeps the people joyful until the judgement... This book doesn't make sense at all. We all know Christ didn't die with everyone else dying and won't die again with all the people on Earth with him.

Can you please explain why 70 verses from Chapter 7 were omitted from your reading? In Chapter 7, the reading is fine for verses 1 - 35, but then instead of continuing on to verse 36, it skips to verse 106, thereby omitting verses 36 - 105.

Yes certainly. The standard Apocrypha does not contain the 70 verses as the editors of this version did not include them, however the Annotated Apocrypha does include the 70, and I have them narrated in a separate video on this channel.

Missing chapter 7:36-105. There are 140 verses in chapter 7. You skipped quite a bit or your version doesn't have it
Yes there are 70 missing verses that only appear in the annotated apocrypha, I made a separate video containing those verses
@@sonsofjacobministries I was reading along with you with the version that I have and you jumped to verse 106. Threw me for a loop. Interesting that it's called an annotated version. Annotations are usually notes or comments about the text. they left out whole conversations about heaven and hell and what happens at the judgement.

The 1611 Bible contains the Old and New Testaments as well as the Apocrypha, I believe Oxford and Cambridge have this edition.

The NRSV with apocrypha and the RSV Schuyler Quentel with apocrypha has the 70 missing verses. So I don’t know why you skipped those verses and made a separate video on them. You should have included them here. Were you reading from the KJV in this video ? Because the KJV is missing the 70 missing verses of chapter 7.
This is the KJV Apocrypha, most will be reading and following from a KJV not an NRSV or RSVSQ, otherwise those who have the 70 will be reading it from an annotated apocrypha, which again is less common so thats why they're separate. The same way a 1611 KJV contains the apocrypha but most people don't have a Bible that includes it.
