I grew up listening to this country music, it was the only type of music dad listened to. Now I'm 68 & I learned to love several types of music through the years. I remember when those "in charge" decided this type of country music was no longer popular! It pretty much went downhill after the 1990's,as far as I'm concerned.

I'm 69 and from my point of view,country music sucked after about 1973, except for a very few songs.
