Very nice Brandon! I've been looking for more info regarding porting. I know there is math involved with the port length/diameter but is there a difference with a bottom exit or side? i can see you are somewhat limited on your length due to where the rings are (centered on the bag), would it benefit to have the rings offset more to either front or back of bag to get a 7-9" length? Finally, did you decide/say what 10s you are using? I have been thinking about the Diamond Audio MSMB10NEOs and a 1600.1

The 10” rings are designed and molded to only
Fit properly in the center. If you were to off set the ring the bag design would cause the ring and 10” speaker to interfere with other parts of the bag. We will play around with different port locations to see how much the port length changes. We decided to go out of the bottom of the saddle bag to conceal the port. That is a good combination for the stock saddlebags. For our build we are going with the cicada audio pro midbass speakers on a 3,000.1
