20 pounds! For your health’s sake, there are so many ways you can cut down on the weight and sheer mass of what you carry. Also, sanitizer should hang on the outside of the bag - no matter how unaesthetic it may look. Otherwise, you risk contaminating most things inside your tote on your way to locating your sanitizer. I hang antiseptic wipes and alcohol swabs in a selection of LV key pouch dupes from Amazon - amazing quality and excellent pricing.
I meant a world in which COVID exists, so I guess a better way to put it would be "post-COVID-existence world," maybe? Doesn't flow quite as well, but more descriptive, I guess.

Can you put a clipboard or folders in there?
You can absolutely fit a clipboard and folders in there! In my experience, it can even fit a 15" laptop, as well, if that helps size-wise.
