Hello I bought this product and plugged everything in and nothing is happening. I’ve tried with the remote and nothing. I have tried plugging it in with a CAT6 and typed in the IP address and nothing pops up. The device just beeps when I push the remote but none of the screens change. I have called the company and no one ever answers.

I have called the company and no one ever answers.
You will need to keep pressing the RES button on the remote until it switches to correct resolution it supported by your TVs.
