- Come experience a journey with me through the abode of clouds, meghalaya. In the video i have covered the strenuous yet beuatiful trek to the world's longest living root bridge in cherrapunji, meghalaya. If you have a list of places to visit in meghalaya then the double decker bridge has to be one of those!
As far as the itinerary goes, i stayed in cherrapunji and then travelled to the living root bridge, the start of the trek was barely 30 mins from the main city.
The next day, i left cherrapunji towards the dawki river and visited Asia's cleanest village and the indo-bangla border on the way!

Meghalaya is stunning and beautiful and really happy to see that this has now become one of the biggest tourist destination as it takes you far from the busy city life,... do try the local food as its really nice
Absolutely! I did try the local food and honestly i loved its simplicity. Meghalaya is truly one of the most beautiful places in the country 💞
