So bummed that you have to playthrough the game again to get this. Such a better ending than the base game and as much as I like the game, I don’t want to have to put another 10 or 20 hours into it just to do this.
Honestly, totally get it. My main motivation was I wanted to see if the new ending would be more satisfying and also to complete the new challenges on the regular missions. I understand how that could be a slog/repetitive. Really enjoyed the final boss and true ending though.
Agree, more and more games are doing this nowadays. Appears to me that developers found a way to artificially extend the duration of the game with little to no effort. It's a beautiful game, just make it a little shorter and put the complete final boss, there is no shame in it. (maybe to meet a requirement of the company?.. who knows)
Got the true ending earlier today. Feels good saving Yoh from being a statue, even if I'm still confused as hell what the deal is with her and Soh. Appparently according to the plaques, they're NOT the same person and Soh is in fact a divine messenger?
Soh was basically Yoh from the previous generation, you turn into stone, the previous guardian passes on, and you take on the role of the guardian, and the next girl gets picked to be the divine maiden, and the cycle continues on forever, the monsters will always come back. But Soh broke the cycle in the true ending.

wow all i can say is you destroyed him, just barely beat the main boss in ng good ability usage I can tell you really mastered it.

30h gastei pra fazer os dois finais, e a segunda vez foi muito melhor e mais rápido pra zerar, faz o segundo final, e muito melhor que o primeiro.
