Another argument for the changecaster. They lead pink horrors, oc 2 each, then his shot forces battle shock. So if for some reason even 1 unit starts to out oc you on an objective you can potentially remove that oc, score your points, this could also potentially keep the shadow of chaos in no man's land. It only works on infantry but could still be useful. I do think sloppity bilepiper does this better though since he has a 6" Aura
I get your point, and it can be a nice way to get out of trouble. The problem I have is pinks + changecaster will either get charged or shot to oblivion. If they are charged then the unit won't be able to shoot. The only way the above analogy works is if for example Tyranid warriors were in combat with blue horrors. You would have to fall back the blues to allow the pinks+changcaster to shoot. Love your thought process and I like how your trying to make the most out of each units abilities. And I prefer sloppity too
I'm definitely appreciating your content man. Near the end you do say something you can't do. Can't do the 3" deep strike with rapid ingress because the 3" deep strike specifically says it happens on your turn. Completely agree with your lord of change assessment. Strength 12 with his aura and the enhancement makes him so strong.
I know what Marmite is as an American and I love it. I'm also a lover of screamers. I take three full squads to tie up the fast moving things that are usually pretty weak and or score some easy tactical cards with them cuz they move very far. I rarely ever use their slash and dive ability it just kind of happens unless I need some mortal wounds and something that's got like one wound left like a brutalus dreadnought that just won't get off my guy's bum-bums.
Video idea: would love to hear your thoughts on depoyment, specifically on deploying on the line versus further back and how that decision is impacted by your army list (monster mash v. horde, with/without Be'lakor).
... ideas on how to deploy infiltrators to screen an objective without just giving them something to charge on the way to consolidating on that objective...
Can the Fluxmaster really guarantee a dev wound? That requires a critical wound, which in turn requires an *unmodified* roll of 6. And while the 6 is there before applying modifiers, which I think is what "unmodified" means, it was technically still being tampered with. And you definitely can't have him infiltrate with the Blue Horrors since he lacks that Keyword, which specifically every single model (not just the attached unit as a whole) needs to have. P.S. And the Soul Grinder's walker ability would be more impressive if not every obstacle nowadays was a ruin of infinite height. :D
Fate Skimmer over Burning Chariot eh? I'd put the Chariot ahead of a few things. Remove cover helps out the big birds and the Grinders a lot. Agree it's over priced, but still a better option than quite a few things here.
@@DaemonPrinceGaming fair, I probably wouldn’t use him in a game. I will say I have LoC, changeling and Kairos as my 1-3. Loc 1, Changeling 2 and Kairos 3. Boosting Kairos to S10 with the LoC make him an absolute unit. Into a unit of ten marines or even terminators it can be a massacre with the d3 damage and blast. The case for the burning chariot is it can give it can give the LoC ignores cover while still allowing him to have his sustain hits d3.
I want to try and like your content because there isnt too much content for Daemons out there, but the burning chariot as the bottom one and disregarding ignores cover for the whole army when in 10th everything gives cover makes me really doubt the authority under which you consider yourself proper to rank the units. Its your opinion and i respect that. But i cant take it as solid advice sadly
Appreciate the comment, I wouldn't consider this video advice as such. This is just where I rank the units. I feel that for my playstyle, I will never pick the burning chariot. Where would you place it if you had to rank it?
Do the other gods!!!!
That is the current plan. Hopefully this one goes well 🙏
Slaanesh next please!
@@Thomas-mb2wr It will deffo be coming.
Sublime!! Love the Slaanesh daemons; so beautifully ugly
Other gods as well please! Great stuff

The changling also forces battle shock which you touched on but if they're in the shadow of chaos that means they take d3 mortals wounds too.
Thanks for all the Daemon content. Keep it coming!
I'm new to chaos demons and have been mostly trying out the monster mash. I can't say I've found the big bird that useful

Can't stand marmite. 🤢
Def down for the other gods. I like ranking better than teirs, it forces hard decisions and tiers end up way too broad.
That was my thinking. Makes a good talking point as everyone will have a different rank.
Great loved the video! Have only looked at Khorne units really so cool to check out what the other gods have to offer
Hi or whatever, looking forward to the deep dive into Tzeentch.

Always had something like this in the bank but never got round to doing it.
Going to rank the other gods as the videos done well. Just trying to fund time to get it sorted
Worst part about Fateskimmer is how big his base is. That plus a 6-pack of screamers is so easy to screen out, makes him a liability to screamers imo.
For the chaos gods
(and the algorithm)

Sadly it's just not for me. ATM I can't see myself selecting it for a game.

Can also be interesting if you add him to a Chaos Knights list with lots of shooting.
I'll be damned 🔥
It was in the works brother 💪 just took me an age to get it recorded
@@DaemonPrinceGamingwell thanks for taking all that time so we all can be damned
Is their a ranking list with nurgle?
This is the 1st one I've done.
Seeing as it's gone down quite well. I will be doing a video of each god 😃
@@DaemonPrinceGaming awesome I can't wait 😁
Pink horrors, after their split abilities, average to about 5 points a model
Don't you feel warm and sweaty wearing a hat inside the house? I wonder what does that do to your cold tolerance in general. Cool vid though.
I'm always cold 🥶 think I need to move to a warmer climate. Glad you enjoyed the video 😃
Most of the characters that are not Belakor or Greater demons are so bad, i have three little nurgle demon characters and they dont do mostly anything
Which ones doe you have?
