if I am in a crm and click the number and then it dials, on a one to one basis, that seems no different than having a list of contacts in your smartphone amd hitting call. no one actually dials each of the digits in a phone number. gray area in my opinion.
Yes, you can but you can’t do it in a bulk automated fashion. You’ve gotta do it on a one on one basis and remember this only applies to text and phone calls that are auto dialed.
if the leads wants the agent to call they may see it the opposite that the broker needs to re-consent if the agent is the one who opted a lead in… and in your example, the agent goes to another brokerage…another gray area
