  • Follow along as Kent takes you on a tour of a very unique Aviation Museum. Some of the most interesting old airplanes in the world can be found there. These include airplanes his father flew, airplanes he has flown and worked on, and well as full size planes of radio controlled models Kent owns and flies in his spare time. McMinnville, Oregon is the home of the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum. Its main building houses the gigantic Spruce Goose, built, flown and stored for years by the infamous Howard Hughes. Kent gets up close and personal with the C-47, Mig 15, Douglas Skyraider, Republic Seabee, Wayne Handley Raven, Piper J-3, Beech Bonanza, AT-6, P-38, Corsair, Spitfire, Messerschmitt 109, and others. The highlight of his trip is getting to sit in the pilot's seat of the Spruce Goose!
