Sir, at my project , I am having delays linked to RA bill payment i.e. due to payment delay, there are material procurement delays, manpower mobilization delays etc. How to put EOT claim for auch delays?

This is very nice question, you need to find the major procurement delays, collect evidence of delays due to lack of payments, and add a new activity namely procurement delays due to payment delays and link this activity to the relevant procurement item.

My project completion date was 17th July 2022, but due to some delays from main contractor & client our project is still ongoing. I am working in MEP Contractor.
Below delays are happened from main contractor & client.
1. Civil defense approval delay it affects on final fix & ceiling - it is due to client need sea water application in fire fighting instead of portable water, but DCD not yet approved still.
2. Delay for VO approval from client/MC
3. Major delays from civil sides, these affects on our final fix activities.
Pls provide the solution how to claim EOT in details

I am not an expert but still let me attempt if it suffice.
1stly go through your original baseline program and how your activities were planned in that.
As you said design approval was delayed for that you are entitled of EOT (all activities which were linked to design/drawing approval will be extended accordingly)
Your 2nd and 3rd points were not stated clearly so no comments on that.
To get an EOT, you just need to thoroughly analyse your baseline program or relevant contract condition.
