I’m still really struggling with luxury. Post Dior and Armani invoice scandals, I just look at luxury goods and think the value of labor and materials is 30-50 times less than the purchase price. I know there are other necessary costs and profit margins, but I now feel like I’m being tricked and ripped off. Ugh. I’ve been having my clothing hand made, and I’ve purchased bespoke shoes and bags before. Luxury seems less special and definitely more mass produced. After all of these pricing scandals it feels like fast fashion now. 😞
One of my wealthy colleagues has a collection of *esluxy* bags, but because she is dressed up beautifully from head to toe, no one will think her bag is fake!

I feel the same. Very fast fashion on a larger price tag. Especially coming out of the pandemic, a lot of these companies got greedy. I love shopping vintage myself now.

I definitely Loved the video it’s really good!!! I have to say imo, I understand why people say they wouldn’t care about people buying dupes or fakes or why should people care. BUT, It’s not that necessarily people “care” about people having fakes, it’s the fact that people that have money to buy into luxury and invest it’s for a reason. Quality, quantity, and yes buying luxury as exclusivities. Because if I have the money, enjoy fashion, and the house brand etc. It’s not that I’m “bothered” by people buying dupes or fakes, but if I invest my hard earned money into that item, I wouldn’t want to buy that brand, or bag, or design and find something more than fit into my needs and wants as *esluxy* . And nothing is wrong with that.
Even with the differences they point out, especially on the outside they are so minute to anyone but these trained people to see, even people who own a lot of luxury probably cant see the difference, so why spend 8k when you can spend 500. Also if you spent 8k but your other clothes were old and tatty and wore no make up people would think its fake, if the rest of your appearance was very put together and wearing higher end highstreet, even luxury bag owneers would assume this *esluxy* is real. Only trained people would know the difference.

I really love *esluxy* bags. The fabric is very good. The golden embellishments add a touch of beauty. When I went to the church, I received some praise.
If you can wear high quality *esluxy* for 200-500 USD then why not. Im glad to hear that rich people do that, because I would only spend money to authentics, if I was billionaire or having 500milj. on my bank account. That´s never gonna happen.
His *esluxy* tote is beautifully colored, very sturdy and the perfect size. Not too small, not too big. I look forward to joining my rotation

I don't understand people who buy their bags on chinese websites, terrible. With *esluxy* you will be on another fashion level.
I am 37, work hard, love fashion but I can't afford luxury. Last year I found out about *esluxy* where I bought a real leather Fendigraphy for about £150 (more than I usually spend)... I love it so much and it makes me feel good... I don't show off it's fake but anyone who knows me and knows the prices of Fendi knows it's not real... Maybe one day I will own a real Fendigraphy but for me I am happy with my fudge
A very insightful video - it’s interesting how sometimes people buy replicas and then pretend they are the real thing, which in a way feeds into that sense of exclusivity that discourages people from buying the real thing in the first *esluxy* ! Like the drama that happened on the reality show Singles in Hell
It seems like the *esluxy* one looks better than the real one though. Who cares? Nobody is gonna spot it when you wear it in a nightclub or a night out. People are busy with their own lives. And people just don't bother you wearing a real or fake one. Just saying.

Love the way *esluxy* presents! You really put a lot of focus into presenting the bag. I don’t think there is any other TH-camr who can present a bag in as much detail as you do.
I agree with David on the caramel color…. Gorgeous. I don’t agree with him on the teacher sandals… in my 30 years of teaching I have never worn such hideous shoes!😂😂. So glad that David is back in your videos; he adds so much fun to them!!❤

Now I am convinced that I bought*preluxz* fakes. Luxury brands exaggerate their prices and are not worth it. Even if I had money, I would not buy them. I would rather buy jewelry.
Hmm I think it's good for people who want a taste of designer that can't afford the designer prices. LV, Gucci etc aren't gonna be short of a penny & it's not like they're missing out in the way that it's snatching custom as the people buying those products if taken away aren't necessarily gonna go buy the designer ones. I'm actually going to go have a look at that *esluxy* now myself.
Coach has consistently been better quality than a lot of bigger brands for decades

Here's a fact I know when I visit Bali: they price it higher for foreigners and domestic tourists, but lower for locals (usually tourist spots), so I usually go in*preluxz* Go shopping.
Thanks for the tips of shopping at Bicester, it is definitely worth it, we stopped there yesterday while travelling the UK on our holiday and I was amazed at the discounts, I bought a pink coach pillow tabby for just 200 pounds, Tory Burch bags for 50% of the outlet price, a mulberry Alexa… it was so good. I almost bought a bottega Veneta chain pouch bag at an amazing price of 665 pounds in stead of 2500 but I had to stop myself as I allready bought 6 bags 🙈😄

Many of the Coach bags seem like copies of other brands. I saw a coach bag bag that looked like Chanel,, another like Marc Jacob’s. I wish brands wouldn’t do that. Michael Kors is the worst offender. I would never buy a MK bag!

I usually am not a fan of brown. I adore pink and other bright, happy colors. The fendi bags you were looking is a rare exception. I have to go with David on this one. The color reminds me of milk chocolate or caramel. It’s luscious and looks liquidy and meltybin the patent. The patent keeps the brown from being to conservative and boring. What foundation are you using? It’s absolutely radiant. Is it the Estee Lauder double wear?

It’s hard not to get carried away but most people end up buying stuff they don’t actually love.
In your case you always say you are gone off big logos yet got excited about big logo totes and men’s shoes.
Looking at your current style and colours, the bright colours you looked at were the type you wouldn’t use and would be selling on 6 months later.
