Hi! I am desperate to find a machine that won’t leave streaks on very shiny tile, do you have any suggestions?

Ah, hi Kim, have not seen you in a while. Interesting unit, but not best for me. My floors are that fake wood laminate stuff. I also do not have dogs and such. That said though, my hard floors get dirty fairly quickly, well especially in the so-called kitchen area. I used to sweep first and then use a Swiffer, but discovered that it leaves behind residue that makes the floors get dirty twice as fast and it is expensive.
Now I either use a broom or little stick vac to pick up the loose stuff first and then I have a good Bissel steam mop, not a Crosswave or anything, just a straight steam mop that is almost too powerful for the floor. I have to keep it on the low setting and not keep it in one spot too long for fear of effecting the adhesive of the slats or what have you. It uses just distilled water and washable microfiber pads. It is corded, but the cord is super long. It really cleans my floors though.
Yes, folks, please purchase your Hizero, vacuum, mop or whatever from VacMD! You will be glad you did. I got my vacuum from there and could not have done better. Kim knows what she is talking about and whether you are in Florida or California or whatever, you get support.

I have a mix of polished timber and polished concrete. I presume just water for the polished concrete but what do you recommend for polished timber floor boards (cypress pine)?

Just water or you can use a small amount of Fred’s with water: www.vac.md/product-page/fred-s-soclean-wood-floor-cleaner

Well done video. I have been thinking of getting one of these for awhile. However, I have been holding out for Hizero to release the latest gen F500 model to the US market. It's not a major upgrade from the F803, but it's slightly easier to clean the rollers and pet hair out of it after use. Do you know if the F500 will be released soon in the US? I know Canada already has it. Thanks!

I would use a wood floor cleaner for both surfaces. Fred’s makes the best wood floor cleaner. www.vacmd.com/products/freds-soclean-wood-floor-cleaner?_pos=2&_sid=1091bd780&_ss=r

Great video Kimberly! First of all, let me say your dog & cat are cute & adorable, you're lucky to have them 🙂. Nice product, but for me NO WAY would I buy or recommend. For me, the dealbreakers are: 1. You have to take it apart and clean it. That's HUGE....lots of small parts and it would be a hassle on a everyday basis. 2. The fact that you cannot pick up animal waste without it getting everywhere in the Hizero amd having a gross mess to clean up. What the hell were they thinking when they designed this thing - really?! A large portion of the population are pet owners, so they just alienated a HUGE part of the market by not taking into consideration easy cleanup into the design.
Why would I buy this when the only advantage is that, unlike a traditional mop & bucket, the clean water is separated from the dirty water when cleaning your floor? And that goes for ALL OF THE VACUUM MOPS out there, including the Bissell Crosswave. To me, you could accomplish the same thing a lot cheaper and more conveniently by buying a microfiber pad mop, a few extra microfiber pads, and a spray bottle with water and all purpose cleaner. Just spray, wipe over the area, and change the microfiber pad when it gets too dirty. ust throw the pads in the washer , that's it. You would be accomplishing pretty much the same thing that the Hizero does, WITHOUT all the hassle to maintain it and the expensive price tag. Even if you had hardwood floors, a floor steamer would be a better choice over the Hizero.
