Super Video. Danke!
Hi! Being a student of French, th-cam.com/video/MKUhWyhJAy8/w-d-xo.html, would you like to make a video comparing French and German. What is your take on: ", experts largely agree that the more German you learn, the easier it gets, while French gets more complicated the deeper you dive in."
I'm not a linguist, so I don't really feel comfortable with doing that. But from my personal experience with learning French I would say that first it gets a lot easier, and then, when you realize that there is a lot more to sophisticated French, it gets harder again. That is the experience with every sophisticated subject or profession imo. It's the same with programming or neurosurgery. When it comes to German, I can only say that it is a very logical language, but it does have many irregularities. The pronunciation however is pretty easy and straight forward, unlike English. What makes German hard in my opinion, is that there is not a lot of material and not many people speak it, that there are difficult accents, anders sagt etwas rich language when it comes to adjectives and descriptive vocabulary. There is no simple German like there is simple English.
This is a great resource for all of us learning German "naturally" thank you!
Thank you so much :) I don't have enough time to maintain this channel, but I will try and upload some more slow German videos.

A bit random but I was shocked in another video of yours where you mentioned that you had 20 years work experience. You look so young lol
I started working in the hospital with 18, worked throughout uni, so yeah... 😅 About 20 years... But not in one place of course!
