KANAL Collection - Interview with artist Hana Miletić

Born in Zagreb in 1982, Hana Miletić lives and works in Brussels. She studied archaeology, gender studies, and photography in the Netherlands and Belgium. Her practice encompasses various media with a primary focus on fabric.
Miletić frequently exhibits in Belgium and is subject to growing international recognition. Besides exhibitions, she facilitates collaborative workshops and organises programmes of talks and screenings with individuals and groups that share her interests and concerns. Committed to exploring social and economic issues, she also investigates the legacies of modernism, as well as the craft traditions in her native Croatia.
In 2022, KANAL acquired the artwork "Felt Workshops I-XI" (2018 - 2020) by Hana Miletić.
