Awesome! I have been making my own cardstock structures for a little while now. I hand draw the sides on paper, then glue them to cardstock (any boxes that are left over, soda boxes, tv dinner boxes, mac n cheese boxes) then cut out windows and doorways and such. I use clear plastic packaging for the windows. REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE! Then glue the sides together to complete the structure. all in HO scale!! So your videos are right up my alley. Thanks for sharing!!!
Very grateful for your comments as this makes for a great forum for sharing! I'm sorry I did not respond sooner. the past month was spent updating my studio and equipment to produce more cardstock videos.... all the best, Sam
Hi Sam, I hope you are well. Do you have an idea of when your next episode might be. I find your instruction very helpful and I'm anxious to continue, but only after I see how you have done yours! Clever Models is a great site and you are their best salesman.
Should be ready later this week! The episode will include all the walls and I hope foundations. Glad you enjoy the videos and working with card stock! Sorry for the delay, in the middle of updating my video gear, and organizing instructions for a local NMRA club to introduce card stock modeling. Many thanks!
Hi. There are not too many card-stock modellers out there. And I found your work excellent. I see that you cut out the intricate shape of the trim, and then before gluing, you just cut the shape into straight pieces. It will be way easier to just cut the straight pieces directly with a scale and that will reduce the intricate work of 'cutting the corners' regards.
Very nicely done.
Many Tks for commenting, glad it helps!

@@ModelRailroadCardStock That is great news, thanks so much. I'm sure it's not easy.
By the way, I love the way you added the hinge pins. I would never have thought of that.
