this is excellent video, informing about a lot of important things, i have one suggestion for you, if your run the time clock throughout the video (start to end time e.g. 4:30 to 6:00) it will also be an excellent edition.

Is it possible to do this drive in early October?
Yes, you can drive to Deosai in October or any time before snowfall starts but green colour and flowers of Deosai won’t be there, rather grey dull look, still it will be worth it

The road is half open, it will be completely open in June end, best time to go is July 15
