Saket Uttarakhand ke heights me bhi Tigers rehte the hamesha se par ab kam ho gaye hai. Mere Dadi ka village 5500 feet पर है और Tigers वहा भी Pithoragarh dist me दिखते थे.
Ji bilkul sir ..tigers hamesha se heights pe jate the per us time human population itni jada nahi thi aur corridors bhi bahut the per ab conditions bilkul different hai isliye human animals conflict k chances jada hai 👍
Ab tigers ke population increase ke hai, area Kam par raha hai esliye wo hills ke taraf firse migrate kar rahe hai, jab population Kam thee tow plains ke taraf limited ho Gaye wahan survival ease tha.

It's really surprising to hear, tiger's presence in that area.
Binsar sanctuary is famous for Birding. People walk in the jungle for birding and also walk to the zero point to view the himalayan peaks and that road goes thru dense jungle.
It's really risky if the tiger is in that area.
This resort is facing the West. But if you go to khali estate, a resort there has cottages facing the east and give us very good view of trishul, maiktoli, pindari glacier, Nandadevi, etc etc.
If possible do visit there.
Edit: Tigers' increased population and territorial fights can be the reason behind the shifting of tigers, from plains to the mountains.
