I've just listened to the rules and it honestly sounds like c&b torture.
heres an idea, how about you can only use the survivor who you are playing perks, and even if you level hem up you still cant use other survivors perks on each other.
How about a no comms challenge?

@@GabeSutton21 they can commentate on their own actions, how they can predict each others' moves and what best to do. they can edit it in a way that can show each of their POVs while something is happening in real time.
dont get me wrong, i love these challenges. but we've seen it so many times.
and the bottom line is, the best way to see how good an individual survivor is and how a group of them are together is how they can play without comms, which basically gives virtually a full game hax and gives them a free advantage. I am a soloQ player and i'll be more impressed with somebody who wins without knowing where the killer is everytime and without people giving them callouts and clues about the map from the very start. well, it's just my opinion/request, i'm not forcing anyone and I do hope someone in the future does it.

I always love your videos but one day I would like to see this challenge done without comms. I see so many people say comms make no difference but doing a challenge like this without any callouts, organization etc. would be much more difficult.
Whoever is telling you comms don't matter quite literally have to be new or terrible at this game lol comms make all the difference in dbd. Also, if you get what you ask for, no comms gameplay would be a snooze fest.

Real ultra hardcore would be hook states transfer over to the next game. Meaning that you get hooked 3 times on one character across any number of games, they die

One person gets the "hero" role, only the hero is allowed to be sacrificed during a match, no "civilians"
Like a reverse "Mr. President"
Edit: The hero can now do gens, they would still be the only one that can be altruistic though, so if they die, no healing/saving

I think this is practically impossible.
Think of their hardcore survivor runs, where they're still allowed to lose more than 1 person in a match, it just makes it harder.
This is forcing ONLY 1 person EVERY game and must be the SAME person, it's just too strict
