That is probably be the terrain problem. Usually, the sloops that connect between them will make the hitbox of player and skillshot clunky.

맙소사, 4-8ms 핑에서 게임이 너무 원활하게 실행됩니다... 평균 43ms가 10초마다 55ms와 72ms로 계속 점프하므로 25분짜리 소환사 균열 게임에 스파이크가 많이 발생하는군요. 또 다른 게임은 미니언의 체력이 너무 느리게 떨어지고 모든 것이 너무 느려서 북부 퀘벡에서 시카고 서버에 도달하는 데 얼마나 많은 지연이 발생하는지 믿을 수 없을 정도입니다. oh my god the game run so so smooth on 4-8ms ping... I have a average of 43ms who keep jumping to 55ms and 72ms every 10 seconds so thats a lot of spike for a 25mins game of summoner rift seeing this is like another game, the way the health of the minions drop so slow and everything is so slow it's unbelievable how much lag I face in north quebec to reach chicago server

Could it be that her bubble appears behind your wall/on your champion? Bugs usually don't appear that consistently, so it feels like a weird feature to me 🤷‍♂️.
Edit: Original comment below. It seems I was wrong about the Zoe E dropping in front of the wall. I could've sworn it was a thing though 🤨?
4:12 It doesn't look like a bug to me. The bubble's hitbox is more than big enough to hit your champion behind the wind wall. The best analogy I can think of is Fizz's R. Even if you block it with the W, it'll land on the ground in front of the wind wall. If you stand in the windwall, you'll still get hit by the shark. As far as I know, it's the same thing for Zoe's E. It drops in front of your wall, but the hitbox is big enough to reach behind it.

zoe bubble doesnt drop like fizz ult. it gets completely deleted; case in point: 1:25

Hmmm... I don't think it "spawns behind" the windwall. Pzzang explains that the windwall is cast from the body, therefore nothing can spawn behind it. There's even an example where he windwalls backwards but it still blocks the zoe e. So i think it is just a bug

I think it's because zoe E hit box is bigger than windwall hitbox, so even if you used windwall earlier than zoe use E you'll still get hit if yasuo is too close to windwall

It's not a bug. The bubble's hitbox is just so big that it hits Yasuo before it touches the wind wall (W).
