I love your vocals & the jazz arrangements you've chosen. You have a very special voice & as Simon says "it's like liquid platinum". I grew playing tenor sax for a number of years in a local jazz band. It was a pleasure listening to someone who performs in the older era of music. Nobody like Alice! I've listened to "Funny Valentine" 89 times! She sang that song on BGT to perfection. People like Chris Botti and Andrea Bocelli should contact her and help her. She should be well known by now singing with the best. Her voice is world class as David said.

I was an audio engineer for a few years, and I had a chance to meet many talented arrangers. I really think Alice should get a better arranger. I think she got someone average because she couldn't afford someone good. Once you know good arrangers you will know the difference. The guys that work for AGT and BGT are very good.

Agreed. Alice's voice needs to be a little more prominent and the musicians a little less intrusive on the recordings; just a little.

I'm 65yrs old been listening and singing songs since I was at least 5. I appreciate all kinds of music , some more than others. You have a special talent to sing but more than that , when you do sing , your voice is like a muse. The listener get's pleasantly hypnotized by the sound you expel. Good luck. Today is Dec 27, 2020, and it's been 7 years since Alice's audition on at BGT. People still talk about her beautiful voice and of course her face.
Why didn't I think of that? She could easily sing Roberta Flack, too! Alice is incredible!

I wish Alice would record more too. But Alice stopped singing after the release of her debut album in early 2017, closed her website, and has not posted a comment on Facebook in nearly four years.
P.S. Her album is entitled 'Under the Covers' and is available on Amazon was well as some streaming services. Between Alice's auditions, songs posted on media sites and her album, I'm aware of a total of just 26 songs by Alice.

Hey everyone! If you haven't heard or listen to it yet,, she has a new single out! Its called "Air" Its on You Tube and I understand its on Spotify as well. Nice Pop type song. It was released this past July. She and 2 others wrote the lyrics. She has a full band playing with back up singers. But just like the BGT performances and her album there's not a comment section! Which is a total bummer! I wonder what's going on with the reason comments are turned off? However this is a good sign that maybe she decided to restart her career. I hope so. Check it out

Alice is a great singer, and truly original. That said, her voice sometimes reminds me a little of Julie London and Juliette Greco, as well as those singers other people have mentioned. But she surpasses them all.
