- This is my son riding Saga, my most gentle dairy cow. I just got her to the point where I was comfortable that she was safely saddle broke with cinch strap and this was his first real ride on her. Saga is a three year old half holstein, quarter Fleckveah, quarter Norwegian Red Cow.
