@Mrbenfreeman very very bad.. mean only 10 sec!! No option to change it Except for 📴/closing.. 😥 I m waiting since 10 month for redmi series with this option but..😭
Hi! Does it not support 10BIT colors,Dolby Vision and 1.5K resolution?? Or that is just with the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G variant? Too bad if does not because than this is a major downgrade from Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G.
I really dislike the second class treatment that Redmi gives our market🙄 Correct me if I'm wrong but the Chinese and Indian models have the Dimensity 7300 ultra and 4K video recording while we get the Helio G100 and 1080p maximum😵💫 I also don't agree that UFS storage will make file transfers to and from this phone to a laptop any faster because it still has a USB 2.0! eMMC storage already saturates the maximum bandwidth of USB 2.0
I think it depends of markets' 5g infra. Like my country, both pro 4g and 5g are available but no 5g vanilla, only the capital and nearbye areas have extensive 5g and I live in the province still in 4g(and won't probably get 5g in the next 4 years). It is pointless paying for expensive 5g device that I won't be able to use that feature
It's funny how these Chinese manufacturers treats African market. The Redmi Note 14 pro(china version aka Poco x7) is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra Octa-core processor, and it has 5g support. The camera is 50mp unlike the 200mp Wich by number sounds good but is inferior the 50mp one. The price is going to be same for both models, around 219 USD,this sad.we should be given better.
Don't think it's exactly an African market issue but intl market, they typically serve boths markets differently. Also, i think the 5g version is a different variant completely
@@oih.1It's actually an African Market issue. Most folks don't even understand the basics of smartphone specs. Majority only know about the Ram, Internal storage and Camera (Mega Pixel Count); nothing more; no one cares about the Processor on the Mobile phone or the Image signal processor or the specific camera sensor used for the phone These folks have done their studies. Believe me, most Nigerians are tech illiterates and most only follow trends.
I agree with most of your submission, but as for the camera aspect, you're wrong. I'm pretty sure the camera on the Redmi Note 14 Pro will perform better than that of the Poco X7. Marketers know Nigerians can be drawn to high megapixel counts. Poco X and F devices have always been performance-centric; they usually lag behind in the camera and video department. Additionally, the camera specs make it clear. The Redmi Note 14 Pro has a Samsung sensor that is slightly larger than the Sony IMX 882 sensor on the Poco X7.
In my country both 4g and 5g versions of pro are sold. Pretty sure those 2 are different units entirely. Xiaomi already know there costumers, those who already have phones from note 13 series won't buy new phone this year-- so they looking for people with 2year and up older phones

Fantastic review brother, I feel for the price is decent
Dollar rate is not just making things look good
Love the video bro. Really good review
You should do an in depth review of the camera since that is the only main concern
Especially with human subjects. Is there a way to change the settings to get better results
What about redmi turbo 4 is available in Nigeria
Does it have the Always On Display permanently or just 10 seconds? Please reply after confirmation??
It doesn't stay on permanently

Please do a review on Redmi turbo 4pro(Poco 7xpro)
The device isn't coming to Nigeria, so what's the point of reviewing it. You can check other channels.
Please can you make a comparison between The Tecno spark 30pro vs the Infinix hot 50
do we still get ads in file manager or not?
Kindly tell XIAOMI day we (redmi redmi turbo 4) in Nigeria

Depending on your region. Here in Africa this doesn’t have any of those things you mentioned
@Mrbenfreeman
So it's a 4G Global variant?
I really hope Xiaomi plans on launching the 5g version in Nigeria too
I hope so too. It's way better than this one.
Nice Review
Sir in Pakistan redmi note 13 pro and techno camon 30s are available in same price range which one is better plz reply ❤
Get the Redmi Note 13 Pro as it has a better camera and a plus point with the ultra-wide camera. Rest they are practically same apart from the design.
Love from Bengal India ❤
❤️
Is this a Chinese rom version or global version
Review one plus 13 and 13r in your next video
Where can i buy this phone?
How much ?
G100 in pro series it's 2025😅
Do we have two versions of the pro?4G and 5G? It's confusing
Yes
@Mrbenfreeman okay..hope the 4G atleast supports Carrier aggregation
@@DennisKipkoech-m6c😂😂 Even the ancient Redmi Note 8 supports Carrier Aggregation.
Why don't u make ur own reviews Ben freeman soon as valor reviews dropped his u dropped yours and so other reactors it's becoming boring
Does it have esim
Nope
In my country, Redmi Note 14 Pro only has 5G varian. Yes it more performance but NO Headphone jack and no SDCard slot compare to 4G version
My bro, can you give me a phone? I am broke AF and I don't have enough budget to even buy a any- range phone. Appreciate your contents dwagg
I didn't like camera quality and processor.
The note 14 pro 5g version is better than the 4g version ofcourse.i also feel the 14pro 5g is better than the 14 pro plus
especially the camera

I'd rather buy the chinese version with dimensity 7300 ultra than this ...
The 5G version
I would rather go for INFINIX HOT 50pro✅. REDMI are no longer making good phones like before.
Over heating problems we know
I really love big tech TH-camrs because that’s who I want to become one day 🎉❤❤❤
Mi phones have really bad built quality my phone died on its own while using and could not be repaired by anyone in my country
To be honest, I can't recommend a Redmi phone to anyone at this point. Infinix and Tecno provide better alternatives at this moment
I can never recommend infinix to anyone.. Xiaomi is better in all areas
