I'd recommend underweight, it's more is damage, more mana, and you're faster. Better for a beginner, but I run skeletal. Skeletal is the fastest thing around, more mana/damage than any other Sheevra build, but also less health. You need to compensate for the low health with rings, and you need to have a good understanding of positioning, or you will get killed fast.

Age 31, Height 158, Weight Lean and for stats max int, dex and psyche then the rest cons. No str.
