The Villa is located right next to the beach. Apartments are divided over 2 floors: 4 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor, while 1 on the ground floor. There is a large common terrace in front of the swimming pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs to enjoy the view in front of the swimming pool and facing the sea. Big barbecue with wood always available for guests, tables and chairs to eat in a quiet area of the garden. Pets are allowed!
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, post office and center are about 500 meters away. Just 20 meters in front of the Villa beach with rocks, shower and platforms for sunbathing. At 350 meters you reach the pebble beach of Sumartin, equipped with a bar, inflatable water showers and a playground on the sea. Jezero beach at 900 meters, large beach, pine forest, basketball and soccer field and shower. Many beautiful beaches nearby. Bookable ferry Ferry boat “Jadrolinija” connecting Makarska 5 times a day at 900 meters.
