- Although I have not gone through the same phase but this content is based on experiences of those who repeated and my observations.

Sorry to say dear senior but it's not like that!! Am not in favor of ur words that those who have a great margin shouldn't go for repeating! It's a demotivating sentence! I know many freshers who got 93+ aggregate this year and make it to kmc in 1st attempt so even if a student got 100 marks it doesn't means that he/she should not repeat.. Everything is possible. Just hard-work and consistency is needed.. I didn't get admission this year because of low FSc score as well as mdcat but trust me I'll make it to kmc this year and will be Batch-30 KMCite (In Shaa Allah)
I wish u score it brother .Nothing is impossible that's true but when u are repeating its not only u its your parents emotions too and we'll wishers emotions too ..So covering this much gap is indeed possible but tiresome aur bht sa log is mushkil phase sa nai guzar sakta ya nai guzarna chahta that's foe them.I don't really mean to demotivate anyone everyone has same potential we just need to channel it up .Be optimistic

I didn't complete my course in fsc and in mdcat it went the same way, i didnt attend any coaching classes still i got 137 marks should i improve
If u think its just only because of not getting the right guidance ..like u knew what the mcq is about but u had some problems to solve it or u had time problem ..this will indicate it is bcz of not joining academy if this is the case do proper coaching or atleast practise tests and give it another try ..But remember once u repeating u have to work really hard if u ready for it do it
Aoa sir.. In recent kmu reconduct test many mcqs were out of syllabus.. But those mcqs answers were present in our book as I analyzed it after the test but that portion of certain chapters were not included in pmc syllabus.. Now my question is whether I should go for whole chapter or stick to pmc syllabus???? .. Bez of this one mistake I guess didn't secured my seat.. And one thing more should I also go for federal books???
That's quite cunning review of yours about the exam shows u thought on your past flaws (good ) .As per your question tbh We had shirt syllabus too in our time bit I took a glance of every chap ..even I advised guys too to just have a glance not prepare it just an eye bcz if not mcq directly any option may come from them so give an eye ..As far as fed concerned some new comers saying its good but I repeat it do it only once u have grip on your kp ..fed has alot more content kp is just a short book out of fed so once done perfectly with kp go for fed

I am going through deep depression as I have 870 Marks in Matric and It will also effect my aggregate ...Now its 13 January and April mai exams hai and sirf 3 chapters kie hain har subject ky any guidance ? Can I get 90% Plus if I start proper study from now coz sirf 2 months hain😭
Matric just 10% fsc and ndcat are still there ..be optimistic 90% of your agg is still in your hand

Sorry for replying late .When fsc Is weak obv it creates many problems. If u want to invest another year as gap year make sure u utilise it wisely rather than wasting it

Yes u should go to be on the safe side in the merit ..aik tou improve karna sa apka time waste nai hota its a long time till next exam ap engage rehta hain ..
Scored 170 with self study this year. I would need your suggestion whether i should go for physical academy or the online engeecon academy is good?
If u can study with same consistency u may not join Academy or join online academy but give all flps and Sunday tests and must take their discussions too ...most of the things cover in this way ..lakin if u think ka last time ki tarah study nai kar sakta consistency ka sath tou my advice would be to join Academy physically

Bro can you tell , which paractice mcqs books you used for test?
For Physics i used Unique + kips
For chem Champion series + KIPS
For Bio Golden Series
For English Chemical Grammer by SalmanUl Waheed and kips ( but I suggest u to do past papers instead of kips)

@gamingandtech9394 well tbh Bio is all from book I.e Book lines ..So I did 90 % of it from Book I had BOM (And it had mostly past paper stuff) I used to read from it then when they said ka etea conduct karagay test then I used golden series as I heard ka kp mai ya achi hai

MCQ practise is very important brother wo bhi time limited practise
Many people go academy lakin timed practise nai karta ..like in test u will have max 1 min for an mcq tou timed practise is important .If your concepts are strong don't go academy if not then it's a must

U have good fsc score u can give it another try > And it was your first attempt bht sa logon ko 1st attempt mai sb atay hoa bhi time management aur lack of practise ki waja sa reh jata..I would recommend u to fo for 2nd attempt
During gap year kia hume previous year a syllabus follow krna chaiye?

Out of syllabus and out of KP book mcqs k leye kya strategy honey chaye.es time b bio k kuch mcqs out of KP book thy
There can be two approaches to this
( Always keep in mind ka har test mai 1 or 2 mcqs are like this that are out of syllabus or not correct ( in our time we had a mcq in Chem that had no logic )
1) Prepare rest and leave these on luck [as most people do] bcz ap out of the syllabus kia kia paro ga and u don't know ka jo ap na na para ho woi mcq da dain
2) If u are super ordinary student as( I used to be ) ka aik marks bhi nai chorna to see last 5 yr past papers and analyse wo question kahan sa ae tha ...e.g is dafa Fed sa 2nd yr bio ka specifically question ae tha tou read that ( har chaps mai max 5 to 10 points ) extra hotay write them up with kp book and that's it

I have secured 981 marks in fsc and i belong from fata is it enough or not for MDCAT
Fata has comparatively low merit and reserve seats so if u are standing quite high in your respective category its fair enough ..but if mdcat marks (god forbids ) aren't good enough anything can happen so improve fsc as much as u can esp science subj
Brother I got 169 in mdcat as a fresher and also improved my fsc score from 944 to 986 the same year in 2nd annual examinations but now i cannot set any schedule what should i do?
I score 175 but due to low fsc 981 cannot select agregate 89.21
Now i am going to repeat
Set schedule by dividing time in hourly and minute basis instead of days and weeks..Target to do max revisions 20 30 etc ..improve fsc some more atleast 1000+

Good enough .. If u want to do science subjects bcz it wont have any problem and will help u in mdcat too but if u don't want to otherwise sufficient enough

Fsc 1019 should go for another attempt??bcz not got adm in other fields also ??
U need to identify where is the problem like u are doing mdcat for last 3 years and still u are unable to cross 150 and as u said u are solely concentrating on mdcat still
If u are bad at cramming things up u may go to other fields e.g Eng , CA that are more maths related
And if u still want to repeat identify your problem where's the issue ..some people have that frustration issue they can't sit and do entire test in a single go or it may be anything else first identify the cause and if its curable go for repeat otherwise don't go
@@azanahmed1111 one thing when my first attempt I have no concept at all then second attempt I carry all improvement through TH-cam at home not joining any coaching .I always numb at test day .
Nums bi Diya tha aus ma percentage 90 thi. But mdcat nhi ho rha sub Kuch krta ho all concepts cleared but no result.
@Hafiz__hammad then u need to give practise tests and join some good coaching ..As u get confused at the test day u have some confidence problem too ..Try doing practise in given time use stopwatch while practising go to physical tests to boost up your confidence and to make u feel u are giving the test
But all this requires money + time + hardwork investment so only go if u are really committed to do ..otherwise it will be no more than waste of all 3

I have scored 1016 in matric and 530 in first year .. i am going to give test this year .. kindly advise me about safe zone marks to be scored in 2 year as well as NMDCAT..( Atd board)
To tell u I have also done my fsc from BISE atd ..as per your marks u should aim high ..As soon as u haven't entered the exam center aim to secure position(while in fsc ) and Top mdcat
And then u will be able to get enough to get into a med college .
Just spare an hour no more than this for mdcat just take any mcq book and solve some mcqs related to topic daily u study
But main focus to get good marks in fsc + cramming things up + building concepts mcq practise ka lia baad mai time hota after fsc

But as you know that now total FSC marks are 1200 and this year bise atd top score was 1038 now it's difficult to score 1000+ what if I score 1070+ marks will it be enough to be on merit?
@Javeria_1467 u know its all relative .let's suppose u score 1000+ and some 200 people from all over the kpk score 1000+u will have 200th rank as per fsc but u score same about 1000 people from kp score same marks u will be on rank 1000th so its all relative not always predictable so aim to score max ..dont limit your work for certain marks

Etea was 183
I gave it in 2022 (last year)
That time test was made by Etea
Etea follows kp books so test was 99% from kp textbooks but I had read punjab and federal textbooks too early we were said ka test PMC lai ga
My advise would be to follow your province books and if have mastered in them u can take a glimpse of fed (not necessary)

Yes Fsc matter most almost you have to be 1000+ in fsc😊
As u have long time since your next test and its really difficult to concentrate this long time ..Improvement helps to keep focused to academics and atleast 1000+ is safe to be on the merit

Your marks ? ..so u took a gap year in between if u had been preparing in this year its good but if u didn't then u

@@azanahmed1111 mdcat ka attempt diya hi nahi, fsc me marks Kam hen result Nov me Aya hai inter ka, and I started my preparation from TH-cam and websites, mind abhi bana to is se pehly I never tried to study hard for the mdcat, abhi preparation start ki hai first ke syllabus se 2024 ke attempt ke liye
@suman-tech5928 good then ..but u focus on practising and revising bcz regular students ko books ka kafi content yaad hota hai ..tou do that book sa 50 to 70 % mcqs direct ata hain tou book ma jo bhi hai acha sa karna hai

Your fsc is good but go for improvement too this time + Join Academy as per your way of learning
If u learn well at home go for online if physical go for physical ..but the thing that matter is giving max practise tests

i am a second year student in jinnah college. i feel very demotivated as i didnt study properly in part one fsc and didnt study upto the mark, especially did nothing for etea. got 567/600 in part one. if i start studying idk how but if only u could guide me from now, will i be able to make it to kmc in my first attempt?
No need to worry about it..We were covid inflicted in our 1st yr so it wasn't that well for us too ..Start studying from now without wasting a single day .It will be covered . Make a proper timetable and spare an hour for 1st ye mcqs and do related to 1st yr mcq practise in that time ..Dont need to join special academy or anything for mcq practise while u are in 2nd yr .Just have a good mcq book and spare another hour for practising 2nd yr mcqs ..Remember fsc is also very imp in determining merit ..never neglect your papers for mcqs as for as u are in 2nd yr .tge day u r done with your papers join some good platform

How to study in a gap year? Like How to manage Fsc preparation (improving some subjects) with the mdcat in a gap year??
First try to improve those subjects linked to your mdcat on priority like science subjects ki improvement karain .
If u are preparing for fsc u are indirectly preparing for mdcat bcz about 50 to 70 % is directly from book lines , formulas , units etc etc ..Divide your time in hours set your goal for every week month day and even hour ...Take time for proper revision and once done with improvement start doing flps and Sunday tests

@fatimaabdul6174 it's all on u but do it in a way that u don't forget what u have read ..Every person has his/her own way of doing it ..I used to do all subjects together keeping in mind ka exam mai bhi sari chezain aik sath aen gi ..and if doing for improvement do it separately
