    Cool
Thanks you are spreading the word! “ burn out “ is the perfect expression of all the things you listed 😊 maybe .. as I have realized burn out can happen with ADhD , as well as pTSD and from being “Neurodivergent “ can be almost the same thing .
Not being supported and undiagnosed , misdiagnosed can lead to trauma. If you think you’re child is just throwing tantrums or “ strong feelings “ early intervention ( at the least a paper trail for documentation of concerns ( make sure drs write what you absurd even if they gaslight you “ ugh that’s normal”
Mamas and dads follow you gut!❤

Oh shit, you just described my whole college and early business experience. I burned out hard on my final year when things were incredibly structured and I had these huge standards for myself… Only just realising I’m likely PDA, diagnosed adhd a couple years ago at 30. It’s been a ride.

It's hard cause I really want to be able to take care of myself and my home better, but I just can't seem to get it done. I also can't do anything fun until I get what I need done, so I do nothing 80% of the time.

Relateable.. a million things can interrupt my ability to get anything done. Recently recovered from trauma which is helping my productivity, but it’s hard when any upset or extra stress freezes things up again

Would love to know about imprinting for nd child development? Unschooling family here and I see many ways of supporting my child when younger are now imprinted as the norm rather than developing through phases

I think it depends on the tasks, could you provide some examples of what supports are worrying you?
