Thats a big issue for a while now it happens to lot of people including myself unresponsivness and animation delay can cost you games and you cant do anything no matter how much you press your players wont move or they move when its already too late

Lower your graphics bro and fps. Try high player graphics and standard stadium graphics , 30fps. If it doesn't work lower the again

Le jeux est devenu plus lourd et lent depuis la mise à jour 4.1 alors que pendant la 4.0 les joueurs etaient plus rapide plus reactif au mouvement du joystick en gros le jeux etait plus réaliste
