Yes it works for me. Everybody who passes age of 45 and not eating properly due to several reasons, they need multivitamin like Becadexamin. Deficiency is different and daily requirement is different. If a person is deficient of particular vitamin he should consult doctor and get that vitamin tablets which have higher quantity of that vitamin only. If you are weak and not eating properly then only general vitamin tablets needed without prescription. Usually patients having diabetes have less D3 and B12 which leads to several problems like constipation, diarrhea, weakness, sleeplessness etc. They must take Becadexamin continuously or alternate days forever because diabetes medicines will deplete D3 and B12
