Just so you know, if you're billed after the 28th like me they already ran out of the 24" vintage style bead. At least that's the reason I got when it was missing from my box with no substitution. The lady I spoke with was horrible!!!

Just so your subscribers know, I got my box on Dec 30th and they are already out of the 24" strand of vintage style bead. No replacement was sent and when I contacted customer service I was treated horribly.
hmmm i get mine late every month because of when I get paid...what a travesty...can u update when they send you something? curious to know if they make it right. In my experience their customer service is certainly not par with bargain bead box, sams bead box or JJB. so sorry this happened

One thing I wholeheartedly agree with you is about their custom service vs BBB. Really, there is no comparison! I actually got yelled at when I called about the missing strand like it was my fault. I was quite shocked at how I was spoken to.
@@FairMaidenDesigns yes they're my only subscription box co. that I've had minor skirmishes w/ the Curated customer service. I don't get it...I guess they are hoping to lose some customers with them shenanigans. funny enough I just read an email saying theyve Were attempting to withdraw my monthly sub see I got the email on the first of the month... So I kind of just sent a snarky email back and I said no that was the conditions under which I signed up that you would bill me every third of the month, so please bill me immediately n please send my darn box that yall got me worried sick about - that i'll shortchanged a 24" gorgeous vintage glass beads! 🤣

Looks like they tried to distract me from what the vintage style bead was like with some electroplated wavy drops and some half electroplated oval pinch style beads. They're ok. Nothing like the vintage style bead. If I were you and only got 1 box a month, look into Bargin Bead Box. It's always great and the customer service is AMAZING! If the renewal date isn't good for you, you can write them and they'll change it for you. I had a chandelier component a little bent once and when I told them they replaced it immediately and also sent a gift. The beads are much better quality as well but are a bit smaller in size so make sure you're OK with that. For the same price, BBB wins hands down for me. Hope you get your box though regardless!!!💜💜💜

I got mine and there is a lot of beads in this box. Loved the memory wire and the elastic. Takes me out of my comfort zone.
