Thanks again for posting my deck profile, a couple of things I missed: -Shiny sarc cant be destroyed by monster effs so its protected from gandora's eff as well as ghost ogre or phoenix for example -Gandora gains attack equal to the number of banished cards x300 so thats where the extra damage comes in for the otk -Moremarshmallon only gets the battle protection and redirection while shiny sarc is face up on the field -Silent magician gains levels/attack for each card drawn by the opponent so the future silence battle effect to draw to six cards in hand could come up for the extra damage
@@thatguy-nk5wu it was fire king snake eye 2-0 tenpai 2-1 pure snake eye 1-2 runick stun 2-1 pure kash 2-0 pure snake eye (kash?) 0-2 pure snake eye 2-0 I could have won my round 3 for sure but I misplayed and I could have taken my round 6 loss to a game 3 probably lol
I'll try to run Winter Cherries for Biden Dragion and Promethean Princess tomorrow at locals. Also, you can synchro summon Psychic End Punisher by normal summoning Ash Blossom after Gandora used it's effect; a 7500 atk immune monster attacking directly its kinda nuts.
I dont think you need cherries for the tenpai matchup since turn silence or moremarsh wins by itself most of the time. Maybe the new melodious fusion would be a better target but idk what people play at your locals lol. PEP is a good call tho didnt think about him
played the deck in locals yesterday, funnily enough marshmelon did so much for me, it's really nice when the opponent goes to bp to beat over sp then u search it with the silence spell then sp lives cuz they must attack him
Brought the deck (with a weaker extra deck) to locals today. Ended 3-1 with the only lost being to Mannadium because I kept getting Imperm'd and Ash'd on my starters and couldn't find shining sarc
@@rudygarcia3959 I would definitely main deck the cross out and maybe sidedeck the super polys or dim fissure. I’ve been trying out some sub engines but I still like pure better
Kash could be a decent engine but I wanted to play the deck as pure as possible for the regional. I don't like dogmatika cuz you don't go into the extra deck turn 1 so you would have to normal summon ecclesia. You do need to save the normal summon for gadget trio most of the time.
Silent swordman zero maybe negate but everytime i se that effect the effect still resolves before that effect same with silent magician zero there stuff still resolves before yours same with gandora do what happens when i play this deck on master duel or dueling nexus
Going first for this build. Getting out both little guys is a 1 card combo so in theory I have 4 other cards to disrupt my opponent with. You can play a going second build with the level/rank 8 good stuff but I was afraid of the anti-tenpai side cards
@@Tristar2500 Thanks a lot! I have been having lots of fun testing out the deck using Branded engine, especially going first. Without Branded/Dragoon, I was wondering how going first worked, but as you said your list has so much disruption that a weak board should not matter.
@@crimsonSM97 Dragoon is actually going to be a part of the end board when the next core set is out. There is a new dark magician shiny sarc monster that can set the dm fusion spell. So you can fuse the new dm with gandora to make dragoon or the dm fusion that protects back row
@@Tristar2500 Hmm... Wasn't a fan of the new DM since it is only considered DM while on the field, so it would not work with Branded Fusion. I did not think about the quick play dm fusion spell though. Not sure if that is better than the Branded board since Branded can get out Dragoon more easily without needing Shining Sarc on the field. With the new DM, getting to Dragoon would require you to have Shining Sarc on the board (so a starter) + either Gandora or DM in your hand unless I am missing something.
I was thinking about this myself and really you can play anything that doesnt take a normal summon. Kash, horus, runick, dogmatika, melodious, level 8 good stuff for example. I dont have a good answer for what is the best choice but there is a lot of room for experimenting
@@zaxcottgaming8206 i just recently tried a dogmatika package. 1 ecclesia 1 maximus 1 fluer de leis 3 nadir 1 punishment then titaniklad, n’tss, wind pegasus, omega in the extra. Worked pretty well when i didnt draw the nadir search targets lol.
@@Tristar2500yeah that’s the only real problem, but there’s enough targets in there to not worry about nadir servant becoming obsolete, plus if it does happen that you don’t need it anymore, you have the spell discard for the sarcophagus effect

What were your match ups? I saw towards the end you mentioned two pure snake eyes

fire king snake eye 2-0
tenpai 2-1
pure snake eye 1-2
runick stun 2-1

pure snake eye 2-0

I knew I wasnt crazy for thinking this deck had potential.
Haha so cool

I run cherries for all meta targets
Glad to see the deck everyone is mentioning, pretty close to the ratios I’m playing when it comes to the shining cards so I feel validated now 😂

Duhhhhh
Where do you think my money went?
Lmao
I personally really like running Illsuion of Chaos and Preparation of Rites to search out Timaeus and the Shining Sarc DM for more Dragoon plays.
nice deck profile, thank you,i though will be good to use 2 moremarshmallon since each turn they can cover each other and burn in case he gets rid off

What would you guys think about running a winter cherries and metaltronus package and the extra Deck
3 Fenrir 1 apo and metaltronus would go hard in this. In combination with talent going second it goes nuts
I like this deck. I will try these ratios
