    JC has a beautiful voice. His word selections are also exquisite.

    stoic William Hodgman would have been a stabilizing prosecution presence had he been able to stay through the trial.

      When he was struck ill the case was left with the amatuers and was doomed to fail

    If a juror has an ongoing medical condition like the one here, shouldn't they be excused from jury duty??

    I forgot that judge Ito was quite a big cut up,trying to crack jokes through out.I think many folks were greatly bothered by his behavior.A judge should be very composed in a criminal case,save your comedy act for somewhere else,late on a saturday night at a bar.

      He was obviously overwhelmed by the whole case. He didn't understand the magnitude of the whole case, just like the prosecuters, the involved detectives, CSI team and all of them. They all fumbled the case. What a joke. 😢

      Most of his cases were always on the brink of moral questionably. I wouldn't bet on that. He was literally the devil's advocate. He died of cancer too, a guilty conscience can exacerbate illness.

    The Prosecution now knows how the Raiders used to feel every week. The Raiders started everything home game down 7-0 before the coin toss & 14-0 before every road game. The Raiders still found ways to overcome it because they had talent.

    Johnny Cochran was a very smart attorney , he quick a getting things in his opening statement that maybe he shouldn’t have at that moment
    & it’s screwing with the prosecution & they’re not happy only bc they’re not as good at it

    A-hole Judge Ito cuts off prosecution many times during these objections. Letting Johnny do whatever he wants. Scared and disgusting this judge is.

      Objections in opening statements are very rare and for good reason. If the outline of defense is argumentative or inadmissible evidence, the judge will halt the statement and opposing counsel does not need to object. Regardless of the defendant and this case in particular, you need to have an idea of how the trial process works.

      You would rather go by a dog barking then the HUMANS who walked by the house at 10:25, 10:30 or 10:40 and saw NOTHING? No dead bodies on the ground or blood running down the walk. Fucking pathetic

    • @JohnDgr81
      @JohnDgr81 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Monique Watkins ...dogs don't have a time piece (a watch)...and humans are unreliable!...dogs have a neutral, and natural instinct!...and in many cases, smarter than some thugs/ humans!Dogs know when something is wrong!....the dog knew what had happened

    • @moniquewatkins9952
      @moniquewatkins9952 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      JohnDgr81 That is so stupid of you to say. The dog could have been barking about ANYTHING.

    • @JohnDgr81
      @JohnDgr81 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Monique Watkins ..if you do a little research,...most dogs have a comprehension level equivalent of a 7 year old child!...which means that they know when something is VERY wrong!...they can learn, and understand any language,...they just can't speak like humans do!...but they can point the way!.....@:...I lost my cell phone once!...I told my schnauzer "Jack" (dog)we had to find it!.....he led me right to it! ...it had fallen out of my jacket pocket, into a puddle by the sidewalk, underwater,while jogging with Jack!....we backtracked, the walk/jog we had taken earlier! Suddenly ,....he (Jack, the dog) jerked me back, sniffing and pointing to the phone under a puddle of water!...the phone was useless after that,...but this very smart dog,understood , and knew what we were looking for!....and found it!....sad to say, but I think most dogs are smarter than most humans!...the egomaniac thug did it!....THE DOG SAID SO!....end of story!...lol!
