Hi Peyton! This was very helpful! I have a little consultation, when I change the trigger from "Abandoned Checkout" to "Abandoned Cart" all my variables change and I´m unable to do what you explained, do you have any advice? Thank you so much in advance!
I'm using the "added to cart" trigger and want to have a dynamic button that takes the customer directly to their cart to complete checkout. I don't have all the variables you show though. Is there a way to do this? My button is going to the actual product page instead of the customers cart. (I had a company set these us for me last year, but I'm tweaking them and making them better.)
Hi what if I need to show two products side by side in two columns.. image on top and title bottom (one if only one).. instead of showing horizontally like above?
Hey Peyton! What if i want the item with a specific variation to show instead? reason being there are a few color variants for a specific product of mine
Hi thanks for creating this! But when I go to the grab the raw variable that you pasted into the table row, there is no sign of a product variable that you pulled up from the right side. Any reason this might be happening? All I see in my event properties is a discount codes column and "extra:" column.
Is your flow trigger set as the Shopify Checkout Started metric? Depending on your shop set-up - variables could be a bit funky but normally that is just for custom site builds.
Definitely, where you edited your image - you'll be able to click it and apply a variable for the product URL like you would for a normal send where you apply a URL.
Hi! This is helpful, the only issue I have is that the raw variables are not available for me. Any help as to why would be greatly appreciated. ( I have the flow set up with Shopify 'checkout started' metric. )
You know what... I think it's because I haven't gathered any data yet to even be able to use variables. I'll look into this when I actually have customers and data to pull from. Thanks for the video!
For Shopify - the usual way is to use the 'product-handle' dynamic variable and build your link with it! For example your image URL will be: mysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }} It can be tricky depending on your site URL structure but normally that example works for most Shopify set-ups!
Thank you! This was so quick & easy to follow, much appreciated.
Literally saved my life! Thank you

Hi, how do I chance the code so that not the seconds picture is showed but the first one?
You'll see a .0 in your src image code, just change that to .1 and it'll use the next image in your shop!
@@peytonfox Thanks, that worked! One more question... the images are not clickable, is it possible to fix that?

My email is good to go with dynamic images, but how can we set it up where the product link goes directly to the dynamic product?
For Shopify - the usual way is to use the 'product-handle' dynamic variable and build your link with it!

mysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }}

Don't think this works anymore :((
