- A compilation of Louise Dearman's AMAZING renditions of Defying Gravity from the start of her run as Elphaba in October 2012 to the end of her run in November 2013.
When was your favourite point in her run??
I did not record any of these clips!
Pictures don't necessarily match dates (Not all are even Louise)
Thank You to all who have ever given me videos/audios especially @cityofemerald!
This girl can sustain a note crazy long.
Her "And soon I'll match them in renown!" on her last matinee gave me chills!
and on her last evening too!

27th of April... Oh my!!!!
Louise was my first Elphaba and will always be my favourite :)
Louise is definitely one of the best London Elphabas ever!
I think her last Matinee is the best, so many riffs and her voice is so powerful, definitely the peak of her run :)
its amazing how its the same song yet every audio sounds different Louise is amazing
she’s so good but how she gets so much more confident and natural throughout her performances ! so amazing !!
Truly amazing. There are so many wonderful and powerful performances. Her first one is so powerful and much better to what we have now. And Louise's last performance is just astonishing though, so many great riffs and the long last note. She is and was just an amazing Elphie!
Loved her so much - best Elphaba and bringing emotion and power defying gravity
She STUDIED how Kerry Ellis sang Defying Gravity -- you can hear it in her phrasing, intonation and pitch.
Ben Schaeffer She's best friends with Kerry Ellis. She probably sat down with her and practiced and discussed the part
@@TheLKMproject Well, how better to do that than by being friends with whom you study? Makes COMPLETE sense if you ask me. I'd do that. 👍 😉
louise dearman your AMAZING
This is a gift
September 13th 2013 is my favorite audio
14:39 Wowzers!

@InTheSkies2 You're very welcome! Sorry it's so long!
Why can't Louise come to Broadway and be Rachel's standby
Because Alyssa Fox is amazing.:) (I am talking about when Rachel was still on Broadway)
@@justyourvoice her Rachel and Alyssa could all share the role
23:40
I think she definitely sings this really well and has the tone of voice right, but I'm not sure it's quite raw enough.
Poor technique.
😂😂😂 sod off!!
