I have a question on how to handle a situation where the financial POA refuses to provide necessary financial resources to the medical POA for the care of the family member (MIL - dimentia). My brother in law (Financial POA) has recently stopped financial aid breaching the contract. Any advice would be so appreciated.

If they're having a "good day"?
This system is a joke. Who decides what a "good day" is?

If you truly know your loved one then you know when they are themselves and when the disease is acting in their place. This is my personal opinion at the start of the “come and go” moments.

@@thebewitchinghour831 We live in a LEGAL system. There is no way to read your mind or feel your soul.
Anyone can claim, "Yeah, sure. They had a 'good day'" when they NEED to get a signature.
