And she kept being an actor and I remember looking at all the shows and movies she’s been in like Hannah Montana,A Goosebumps movie,Spy Kids,Baby Daddy
Wasn't aware that everybody came here because of Nightcore... I just came here because it popped up (Edit 6/4/21: Had no idea this blew up and I guess I wasn't notified of this or the comments for like 3 years? Thanks anyways :))
Everyone is being so mean ;-; Saying nightcore version is better... HELLO? If this song wasn't made, the nightcore version wouldn't be made This is so catchy, and cool! Appreciate it!
Back then, female Disney stars and co-stars were contracted to do X number of episodes, X number of movies, and at least one album. I remember Emily saying in an interview YEARS ago that her passion is acting, not singing. She didn't necessarily do it because she wanted to, but because it was part of her contract. From there, they were also required to perform at X number of shows, She enjoyed/enjoys singing live, but not being contracted to produce X number of albums. Disney stars back then were also required to learn dancing...Disney wanted to produce a lot of of triple and quadruple threats so they could utilize them in Disney parades, musicals, and pretty much anything else thrown their way. Those who couldn't sing took singing lessons. Some of their talent stayed the course; others dipped. They'd also bleach and dye blonde many brunette actresses (like Ashley Tisdale and Dove Cameron). They didn't do the same to the male stars/talent quite as much, though Mitchell Musso also did an album. I think it was better/easier for the Disney actors who were contracted to an agency outside of Disney, rather than contracted TO Disney, like Hayden Panettiere who starred in some Disney films but not in Disney shows. Disney invested in and exploited their female talent. Nickelodeon, too, in other ways. I think things have gotten somewhat better. Dove Cameron's mom, Bonnie Wallace, started "Hometown to Hollywood", which is also a book, where she teaches parents of young talent how to safely navigate Hollywood. Years ago, she said in an interview that parents often feel they can't set boundaries in Hollywood to allow their kids to be kids, too, that they have to say yes to whatever agencies/managers/directors/producers/etc. wants or else they risk their child's career. So it wasn't that people disliked Emily's music...she just didn't want to do something she loved because she HAD to for work. I imagine burnout also played a large part of this. She did return to music eventually, under the stage name Bluebiird.
I think it was the promotion I didn't even know she had an album till now. N even though I heard a couple songs be I didn't know it was her. But yeah bring her back.: )
this album is ridiculously good. E.O definitely set the bar pretty damn high and i honestly think it's going to be tough for her to top fight or flight. here's to hoping her new album this year is just as good or better than this one! =D
Okay, so I used to listen to the Nightcore version of this song a lot, and the song just randomly popped into my head today, but instead of listening to the nightcore version like I used to do, I decided to see what the original sounded like. All I have to say is that I actually like the original version more now, because it kind of gives off a more "sassy" vibe to me, and I love that.
This is soooo similar to Britney Spears - Toxic. First verse is 2 times longer than the Second verse. Pre-Chorus sounds energic. Bridge-part/C-part is The-Top-Moment of the song. The Chorus after the C-part is first more relaxing and shortly after it returns to it's normal itself. And yes, the singing voice is kinda similar to Britney Spears too.
The horror-ish song that inspired me to write one about Never Have I Ever (as this one is a spin-off from spin the bottle. NHIE is unpublished-) and the one that made me enter an emo phase. Ah, the good ol' days.
Found the Nightcore from an old song playlist I made years ago, and since I prefer non nightcore now but still thought this song slapped I came to find it and damn I'm not disappointed!
This is the third song I find from a Nightcore, and soon realize it's by some of my favorite childhood Disney channel actors/actresses. First was, Take a Hint and Freak the freak out by Victorious (last name) How do you love someone by the actress who plays Sharbey And this one!!
I heard it nightcore'd first.. I think the originally sounds like ass. That's my love hate with nightcore. The faster pace and upped pitch are great, but kind of leaves me with a higher expectation of the original. I think "wow, this is good. must be a great song for it to get nightcore'd" Kind of feel like I've been Rick Rolled when it happens.
they should put Emily osments songs on the radio
Geez, Nightcore is soo popular. The radio doesn't put Nightcore because its basically called copying.
@@toniomagalong5208 if the originals song wasnt added,Im sure NIGHTCORE isn't exist (im sorry for my bad grammar, actually. Im not sorry.)
Yesssss
yes
kaitlyn moberly they should
why isn't she a popstar right now? #loveher
she didn't have good promo that's probably why though... It's a shame she has an amazing voice
And she kept being an actor and I remember looking at all the shows and movies she’s been in like Hannah Montana,A Goosebumps movie,Spy Kids,Baby Daddy
