Got a betta from you a last week I believe and shrimp they are both doing amazing the quality of the fish and the store is absolutely incredible, so neat and helpful people. Always feel great and well informed after visiting here coming tomorrow to get some things for my new 250L tank!!
Hi with KH on other videos I've seen they put one drop in, and continue to put other drops in until it turns yellow and that determines your KH. SORRY if I'm wrong
if its in date still it will be fine. if your tests dont seam right i would pm ntlabs on any platform as they make the solutions they maybe have changed the mix a little
@HorizonAquatics Ooh, sexy! I just picked up the kit and was on my way home when I saw your comment. I read 200 when I looked online, but the wording was a bit unorthodox. I wasn't clear if it meant they'd rolled 200 mini-tests into one kit of 6 main tests, or whether that meant it lasted for 200 tests. 200 is great! :)
I have this test kit as well as the api masters. The master test kit is telling me my ammonia is around 2.0ppm, nitrite is still 0ppm and my nitrate is 5.0ppm. However with the aquarium lab kit it says my ammonia is 1.0, nitrite is 2.0 (almost at 4.0) and the nitrate is 5.0. I'm currently doing a fishless cycle so I don't know which one is giving the correct reading
Why does nt labs give nitrate as 5 api gives it as 40 people say you need to multiply the nt labs nitrate by 4.43 but nt labs say you only need to do that to find out the ionic concentration it’s so confusing

My dKH is about 1 or 2 and all is good. Thanks for sharing......I feel more at ease with a dKH of 1-2. Cheers
Hi mate my Ammonia test is by NT labs same as yours but NH3-2 bottle is a purple liquid I'm not sure if it's gone off but expiry date is 2023

It's says on the nitrate shake the first bottle 30 seconds but you didn't do that pal??
