Car seat, which comes as a set with this model is very uncomfortable.. we bought for my bigger kid cybex too due to safety concerns, but is it very uncomfortable again for head/neck. Would think, and try before buying it with kids on it first.

Hi Maria 🙂 Thank you for the question! The serial number can be found either on the centre axis of the pushchair, under the fabric of the shopping basket or on the seat under the seat cover.
This model is not very well designed. When you fold it, theres is a handle for carrying, but when you grab it then seat is opening, and its frustrating to carry arround, for example stairs… also the opening with that locker. It is just ok, only if the front wheels are locked in forward paotion. If its not locked stroller will be unstable and fall on the ground while you are trying to open it… For example priam does not have this problem.. we switched to this cas its lighter and a bit smaller.

Cybex - balios s - 5/10 Setting up the cot frame with outward case is a nightmare. Double-Click of frame folding is inprecise and gets stuck. Material textiles finishing is mediocre. Another engineering flop making parents life harder.

Worst purchase. Brake issue. Brakes have been destroyed within 4 months of use. For God sake we put our babies inside it's really unsafe if the brake doesn't work. Many customers have the same problem and affects not only balios s but also priam.

The fact that the length of the seat cannot be extended is such a pity… i was able to use it for 4 months only… my son was too tall for it…😢
