If you look it up Moore is convicted through phones darren gee is not a credible witness to have on the stand when they got all phone evidence like cashmans mate who assisted him an they wouldn't put him on the stand darren had the wrong guy shot not knowing who it was as well at that time he certainly didn't know the guy from Luton it was phone evidence if you look at the murder he was convicted on he's the only one convicted they know he wasn't the shoot an they have no evidence to suggest he was the organiser
