@@BitontoPizza cool, I’ve been looking at a zio ciro for awhile. I canceled my dome order for several reasons and I’m interested in the durability of a zio ciro.
I've had the smaller Subito Cotto 60 with Propane for almost a year, and love it. Like any tool, there is a learning curve, but once you figure it out, you will make very consistent pizzas.
@@BitontoPizza No. And I never intend to. Prior to the SC60, I was doing pizza on a "Kamado Joe Big Joe" grill. But I was spending so much time managing the fire and pulling out the high temps, that it took all the joy out of making the pizza. I'd have to babysit the flame the entire time, or I wouldn't hit the required temps. With the SC 60 + Gas, I just turn it on, and throw down my pizzas an hour later. That allows me to focus on the food, and the party.
Beautiful, gentle cook.
Yeah, this oven does a great job. Very happy with the way it cooks.
Thank you.🎉
Will you be having a follow-up video on your pizza oven? Pros/Cons
Definitely! Thanks for asking. Spoiler alert: I love my oven!

I've heard good things about the SC 60. Have you ever cooked in it with wood?
