- This video is about the ancient meditation technique called "Vipassana"
which was originated in India and was spread by Buddha.
I was living at the vipassana center without phone, notebook, pen and social media .
What is vipassana? This is briefly explained in this video.
Also I have talked about which age group people can practise vipassana and how to register for the same.
I have choosed hindi to speak about vipassana because it is slightly closer to the original Ancient Indian Language - Pali.
I have talked about the rules and norms that needs to be followed in the entire 10-Day course.

Hello raj,you explained very well everything,i wanna ask basic questions like how much clothes we have to carry and laundry will be available there or we have to wash our own clothes and is there any deposit we have to do before, kindly revert back,thank you.

Regarding laundry... They do provide laundry services or you can wash your yourself. Regarding deposit...i don't think there's any deposit for laundry. ☮️
Just call the alloted centre prior going and they'll let uk the exact details.

Yes they do provide rooms. Also some do provide laundry services too. You can contact the allocated center before going. 🙂

please ek question h maine register Kiya h but maine Actual DOB emter kri jo ki -11/10/2005 hai but mere aadhar mai 11/10/2006 hai too mai kya kru? Ess hisaab se meri age abhi 17 hai usme 18 hai... 10 days course registration kiya h edit krke jaa skta kya? DOB ko kuch check to ni hota ya age ka issue too ni krte na?
They do check aadhar card or any address proof. Don't worry, just tell them your case. They're very peaceful and understanding people. Don't worry 🙂☮️
