Making and Reviewing Beef Tips and Noodles

  • Ingredients
    1 Pound of Egg Noodles
    1 ½ Pounds of beef stew meat
    1 Pouch of onion soup mix
    Salt and Pepper
    8 Beef bouillon cubes
    Instructions
    In the crock pot put in the stew meat, onion soup mix, bullion, and a decent amount of salt and pepper. Fill ½ way to ¾ way with water
    Put on high for 6 hours and put the noodles in at the end according to the bag
    Thicken gravy with a cornstarch and water mixture to desired thickness
