    paano maging healthy..puro mantika ang gamit...laswa lng sa amin yan masarap na...inartihan nyo pa

    ai bakit may karne. dapat wala. pang mahirap style yung lutoin mo manong . siguradong masarap talaga yan dahil sa karne. yung 20-30 pesos lang yung gastos na recipe kasi madami yan sa backyard namin sahog sa monggo lang kadalasan. like this one. Monggo isang balot 10 pesos sibuyas 2pesos, garlic 2pesos, luya 2 pesos, mantika 5 pesos, bulinao na tuyo 10 pesos. yan lang . grabe naman yang 100 pesos.

      -pork is a good source of protein and iron, Unless may Cholesterol problems or High blood pressure ayus naman sya, piliin na lang yung lean parts at wag ng ifry sa oil. Kelangan lang talaga may moderation. :)

      @@victorvergelmuncal7655 so true. Encouraged din sa keto diet ang pork fish at chicken. Moderation lang talaga sa meat. Pwede dn lessen lalo na sa carbs like rice, pasta, bread, patatas, etc. :)
