Sudeniz Kemac that not really how it works🥴. I, did not choose to have ADD nor depression, so most days I cannot find the will to stay awake more than 4 hours. When I do have the energy, most times I have little focus on what am doing. Is not a choice, is a habit and depends on you emotional and mental state. The only reason I got to college is because my copping mechanism is reading and writing things I like, like chemistry and math.

I spent my last 10 years in thousand different houses and no one have a study room or just a desk. I studied litterally everywhere, sometimes I do really well, some other I leave, and it never was the desk fault.

Then I started to stop doing some tommorow and actually finishing it , It was hard for me to do all of my work , And to get used to doing it every day for a year? Super hard, It's not lazy it's just that it's difficult! So don't assume that we just lazy, it's just difficult to finish things and get used to it!
Last month were my pre mid exams and they went horrible , so I motivated myself to nail the exam that I had today , revised every notes and practiced efficiently but I did not do good . But seeing your videos really motivates me and pushes me to become just as efficient you are with your work , studies and literally everything . THANK YOU !!!
