Sixty Second Pizza Recipe | The Vegetarian Pizza Oven by Joe Anderson

  • Iwelcome to the sixty second pizza video series in this video we will be making Homemade vegetarian pizzas, using Caputo Pizzeria flour, following the recipes by Joe Anderson from ‪@EatandTweet‬ .

    The pizza dough will be Joes Double Fermented pizza dough made over 3 days. Although you can ball up and use after 2 days
    Ingredients
    750g 00 Caputo Pizzeria flour
    200g Semola flour
    600g Water
    6g yeast
    3g salt
    Fresh mozzarella
    Jalapeños
    Mutti tomato sauce
    Pineapple
    Method
    Pour 300g of water into a bowl and add 3G of yeast, mix until the grains disappear
    Gradually add 300g of Caputo Pizzeria or 00 flour to the water and yeast mix.
    Mix with a fork until all the lumps are removed and the mix is smooth and like a thick batter.
    Cover with a shower cap and place in the fridge for 24 hours
    After 24 hours mix a further 3G yeast into 300g water.
    Add this mixture to the dough that you made yesterday.
    Once mixed gradually add 450g Caputo pizzeria or 00 flour and a further 200g of Semola flour
    Once the you can no longer mix with a fork tip the dough onto the work surface and mix and knead until all the flour is incorporated.
    When all the flour is all mixed in add 3G salt and continue to knead for 5 minutes.
    Once the dough is smooth shape into a ball and move to the fridge for 24 hours.
    (You can let this rest at room temperature for a few hours if you want to ball up and make pizzas at this stage)
    Following the 24 hours in the fridge remove and let the dough come to room temperature.
    Once at room temperature you can make the pizza balls. This recipe will give you x6 230g for a 10 inch pizza.
    Place the pizza balls in a box, container or tray. Ensure that they are covered to ensure they don't dry out. Rest for 4 hours
    After 4 hours you are ready to remove the dough balls and make some fabulous veggie pizza.
