Then they go to Credential Manager> Windows Credentials> Add a Windows credential. They put the IP address of your computer (it is best to be fixed IP), the username and the password. The next step is to connect the printer USING THE IP OF THE COMPUTER. If you do so by typing the PC name, it will give an error when adding it. Do it this way and problem solved. So far it has not given me any problems. If it does not print them or they are left in a queue, it is most likely that there is something queued in the terminal or the server.
